Easy to get to from Miami airport, quiet neighbourhood, near plenty of shops for food etc. Good having a small kitchen. Staff were very helpful. Nice little swimming pool and fitness room. Laundry facilities, lots of car parking. Close to the Everglades cruise port (30 mins drive). The reception and other staff were always delightful.

Beds were too soft for my taste. Breakfast had few healthy options except porridge and reasonable coffee (latter provided all day). Would be much more useful if the kitchen had a gas or electric hob and more and wider variety of cutlery.

The service at this hotel is outstanding—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Traveling with my cat, I appreciated the warm reception we received. The location is convenient and safe, with great facilities. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The carpets could use a deeper cleaning to feel fresher, and the Wi-Fi speed could be improved, especially for guests who need to work or stream during their stay. Despite these minor issues, it was a great experience overall!

The girl working at the front desk at the time we arrived and the second and third nights we were there was awesome. She offered to make us cookies and that was extremely sweet and welcoming. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and the photobooth with props was set up was a very special touch. I would’ve never expected all of those small touches from a hotel and my expectations were beyond exceeded. The breakfast (chocolate waffles and muffins/sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches) was also really good!

We were in room 214. We heard a dog barking across from our room every night. It would’ve been nice to have been offered room or just the bathroom cleaning in case we needed it. Our room had a faulty toilet that had a very loud and continuous noise after flushing.

The room was spacious and had the necessary facilities. It was well looked after. The staff were friendly and polite. It was cosy and comfortable It is a place I would come back again

The breakfast was repetitive and fruits were not fresh.

Breakfast was good, egg omelet, muffins, cereal, waffles, sausage and egg on English muffin; juices and coffee and fruit. Also they bake cookies everyday after 3pm.

My room was on the side close to the highway so could hear the traffic when falling asleep but the rooms were very clean and and comfortable.

I thought it was great in that if felt soundproof. I could rest comfortably. I felt safe in this location - rather remote in a good way.

Although I do not want another room by the elevator because I could hear visitors loudly as they got on/off the elevator daily. That is the only drawback really.

It was close to where my husband needed to have a test done for a kidney transplant 

What I didn’t like was the pillows on the beds are very mushy and there was only three carts to be able to take your stuff in and out of the hotel and we had several things because my husband is on kidney dialysis and we had several things that we needed to bring in and out and there was no carts  available .

Very nice room with all you need for a comfortable stay. The room had a small living room and a dinning table which you can stow under the desk, Wifi was good. Very clean place, good parking and a small convinient store

Typical American breakfast with very limited choices. The hotel is located a bit far away so a car is a must.

Great location

Staff lied in regard $100 deposit towards accident which I was ok but later to find out that it was all lies $100 was towards parking I was never inform of that and when ask for refund I was told no even telling them them staff lied and misleading…. For that I will never stay in that location and what’s sad is that every state I travel too I only stay in one hotel… horrible horrible

This location was super convenient to shopping, food, gas, I-75, attractions and much more. The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. A really good stay!

We had to make too many calls about cleaning. The staff is super responsive but it was definitely an interruption to my hectic work schedule to have to manage that conversation. Again, if you speak to the staff, they will respond immediately.
