Food excellent. Room excellent We had a double room in the front of the hotel which looks inland with a view inland. A side bay window which had a small table and two chairs. Plenty of light for reading Asked for a walk-in shower . Our grand son had a single room. there was a problem with the window opening so house keeping moved him to a new room. Full marks for house keeping. Parking free and plenty of it. Driving out for days then returning always parking.

We had no complaints and would use the hotel again. The staff are very pleasant. The swimming pool is excellent.

There was a guy sitting outside in the hotel grounds on a bench . There everytime we came out or back in. Obviously smoking Cannabis staff must of been aware of this . As we could smell it from our room. This should have been stopped!! Also people in next room to us were Very noisy & ignorant to anybody else staying there. Banging on doors & shouting in the early hours!!

Booked the stay as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday. He just loved it, the seafront location was just fabulous, it was a double room spacious with sea view and stuff to make tea ,nice bathroom comfy bedding bright and cosy at the same time.booked a table for dinner lovely restaurant, good size meal for the price, staff was very nice and happy to serve, was always ready to chit chat and aware of our privacy at the same time. Had breakfast which was included in the package was decent size. Sitting area was very pleasant and nicely decorated.

The shower tray was very small. There should be option to have more food if needed. There should be some offers for spa as well like half price or some off for packages for 2 or more😀

Unfortunatley pool was out of action due to refurbishment. This was not reflected in price at time of booking as work was expected to be completed by time of arrival. We were mailed beforehand about this, however we felt they could have reduced price to reflect same. They only offered us option to cancel. The hotel said pool was only ‘complimentary’, however they know this is a large reason people book here over other places and advertise heavily about swimming pool etc. Having stayed many times there we were happy to maintain the booking , however some sort of jesture or small token to reflect same would have been nice as it was not projected at time of booking.

Brilliant location especially the ramp/slope going out onto the beach, we though it be steps. Excellent cleanliness especially cleaning all the glass in the doors and door frames.

They could of opened the patio door for us to get down to the coast, my auntie is in a wheelchair we found the alternate route very difficult, why they could of opened the patio door then locked it behind us, instead of letting us struggle. Staff themselves said it was difficult. More entertainment in the evening like bingo. Disabled toilet on the second floor is not ideal for a wheelchair, my auntie couldn't get her wheelchair in the toilet.

The location on the beach. Floor to ceiling windows that opened fully over looking the beach. The breakfast was beautiful and so was the meal on the evening. Lovely Irish coffee overlooking the sea before bed. Brilliant.

We booked as we had seen adverts that the pool was supposed to be re-opened after a full makeover but on arrival were told the changing rooms weren’t open and none of the spa facilities were open. Also, guests should be told if it’s a sea view room that it also overlooks bins/kitchens in some rooms, perhaps a canopy over the area would help?. The Tv needs a tilt bracket as the flat position on the wall makes it difficult to watch. £175 a night was a lot considering these omissions but we will return because everything else was brilliant as usual.

Brilliant location, pool was amazing, staff were so friendly and lovely. The family room was an amazing size plus the bonus of the kids having their own little area with TV and us having our own TV was a bonus. Breakfast was nice. Easy check in. Very clean, Brilliant wardrobe space too. Right next to the beach just a short walk. Wasn't noisy at night even though there was a function on. Absolutely brilliant we will be back. The little touches of extra tea, coffee and milk was brilliant 👏. Comfy beds. A plus for a family of 4. Ages 8 and 9. Thank you.

If there was anything and this is minor was no long mirror on the wall and maybe breakfast could have been bigger as advertised a big breakfast but was 1 of everything, fine for me and the kids but other half needed more haha. But again these didn't affect our stay at all.

The hotel was easy to find, it had great parking with plenty space , it was right on the beach , it was very clean and we had room 312 which has adjoining rooms with a double bed and two singles which also has has two bathrooms great for family of 3 or 4 , it also had a sea view , plenty rea and coffee , breakfast in the morning was excellent it had everything , the swimming pool on site was great , it also has a sauna , towels were given to you when visiting pool .would definitely stay again

Only thing was it was not near any pubs or restaurants in walking distance if you needed.to go out

It has had a total refurbishment last year and a new Spa has recently opened. Lovely swimming pool and new outdoor seating area overlooking the sea.

The breakfast buffet needed a few extra items now it’s been upgraded to a 4 star hotel. e.g. yogurts, croissants, fruit compote. There was no steadying rail in our bathroom and could do with one for stepping into bath to use the shower. The window in our room on the top floor, wouldn’t just partially close, so had to have fully closed, except for a vent, overnight. The room therefore became very hot.

Gorgeous decor. Very comfortable beds. We had a sea view, which was amazing, especially watching the sun sets from the room or the outdoor seating area, was amazing. The pool and the sauna, which we used every day was great fun, especially when your with the grandkids, they loved the pool. Staff lovely and friendly. Great food in their restaurant. I cannot fault the breakfast, you get yout tea and toast first, so by the time youve buttered your toast, your breakfast arrives, fabulous service. And lots of parking.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
