The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived at lunch time, but lunch was not being served. The receptionist kindly provided a croissant, a pain au chocolat and beverages for us, which was marvelous, although we were restricted to eating in our room, as the restaurant was closed and we were not permitted to use the tables and chairs. Good bathroom. Good parking. Lovely staff.

Plenty of choice at breakfast, well set up and easy to make selections. Had a lovely dinner, very tasty. Made very welcome from the time we arrived. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed. All very clean .

I was hoping to swim but unfortunately it didn’t have a rail to help you walk into pool and as I have a disability I couldn’t get in. Quite hard to find even using sat Nav. Came across it by chance which was very lucky.

Spotless, spacious and centrally located. just off the motorway but without the motorway noise. Centrally located to explore St Malo, Rennes and Mont St Michel while staying in Brittany. The pool and sauna are a great addition too. Spoons restaurant is top quality too. Breakfast very fresh

All the staff were friendly and attentive. We were in the new part of the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food at diner was delicious. The location was ideal, on the edge of town for onward travel. Even though it was close to the main road it was qu8et.

We had to ask for milk for the coffee in our room, although no hardship, it seemed odd.

The staff were very accommodating, especially the man who checked us in who was excellent, and the waiter at dinner, who spoke good English, was very helpful, informative and personable. The dinner was also the best food we had eaten in France for 2 weeks!

It was just a little bit out of town, but actually this turned out to be a good thing, because having spent some time in the centre of Dinan, we ended up deciding that being slightly out of town was a good thing...

The room and the hotel in general were very clean and comfortable, also all the staff were very welcoming as well as being very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good and provided a selection of hot and cold options which were well presented and available every day. The bar is well stocked and a good selection of beers and an extensive spirit selection. The leisure facilities are very usable and clean but there is only one room/toilet to allow for changing. The executive rooms all have robles and slippers which will solve your problem. There are good parking facilities the location is very handy and despite being near a dual carriageway and industrial area it was surprisingly quiet. Lovely hotel and staff.

The only issue I have is that the lift in the hotel does not access all the above ground floor rooms. This fact could be added to your website for this hotel as my partner is disabled and cannot use stairs. This is not a complaint just an improvement opportunity. The Manager and Charliene worked very hard to provide me a suitable alternative to the room which they had selected for us.

Bedrooms and bathrooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the manager was very obviously present and keeping a friendly and amiable eye on proceedings. Breakfast buffet was really good and kept well replenished and tidy. Some local produce was offered which was very nice.

Dinner was seriously appalling. It is hard to believe that they were able to send out such dreadfully poor quality food, when everything else was so exemplary.

We received a very warm welcome from the reception staff and were shown to our rooms, one of which was upgraded and both were huge and very comfortable, designed for anyone with a disability. Dinner was okay but only that. Breakfast too with little choice offered.

It is a very modern hotel lacking in atmosphere and is situated in a commercial/industrial area of Dinan. This part of France is quite expensive so not really good value. It was handy for us as we were travelling on the ferry from St Malo the following morning.

It’s very conveniently located near the motorway if you have a car. Lots of parking. Accommodating for our dog. Friendly and efficient staff. They were very quick to reply to us with any questions we had before arriving at the hotel. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed on Saturday evening for dinner.

modern, clean, well laid out, excellent and free parking, very good food at dinner and breakfast. Although there were two coach parties in the hotel, we were not disturbed and in fact they were fed in a separate room at both meals.

Nothing, apart from the fact that Apple Maps had it in its previous position and so it took a bit of finding. The hotel relocated about three years ago. I have informed Apple Maps. Its position is correct on your site.
