This location is very convenient for hiking, skyline drive, and seeing in nearby towns like Staunton and Waynesboro. The hotel is nice and clean, though showing signs of wear. The hotel was completely booked, but we did not hear a peep in our room from any other guests. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. We did not use the fitness room or the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was passable but certainly could have been better. The cereal selection was very bland. Basically plain cheerios and raisin bran. The OJ was watered down. The waffles tasted off the first day. I would assume inconsistency with mixing the ingredients.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. For the most part, it was quiet.

The hotel was going to give some refund back due to them being under rennovations and not having a hot breakfast whichever we look forward to. Since we booked through booking.com she couldn't. She said since we weren't notified of this, booking.com should give some kind of refund. So if at all possible. I am asking that this can happen.

Missed it each day. Was a box breakfast!

The price was the highest I have ever paid. I called the front office to see if there was any senior discount, AARP, was told nothing. The hotel was under full remodel, the front door was the back door, no pool, a box breakfast,etc. The worker hung out by the back door and cooked, till 11 each night.

Had to change plans from 2 nights to 1 night. Christy, Cat and Greg were awesome and helped me through it.

I understand every one has renovations at one time or other but all and all it wasnt bad at all.

Breakfast was superb. Staff was very friendly.

When booking reservation an amenity listed was an indoor pool but upon check in was advised it was not working and was closed. My little granddaughters were extremely disappointed, they had been so excited thinking they were going to be going swimming in December.

Room was not cleaned or fresh towels left. Was not aware we had to give notice to have room cleaned.

Breakfast was better than most inclusive breakfasts. Location is convenient for my work location and staff is pleasant.

Hotel rooms are a little aged, and like ALL hotels over priced.

My first solo trip and 5 nights in hotels since Covid and found prices much higher than before. Still blessed and have always loved Hampton Suites!

We booked 2 Hampton Inns on our trip to Nags Head, NC. Waynesbor Hampton was amazing, staff helpful in recommending restaurants, and just plain friendly. Our room was very nice, CLEAN, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with hot choices and juices. A staff lady was walking around asking people if they needed anything...just wonderful, and it was a better price and a hotel, than our return Hampton in Beckley,, WV.

When you rate your stay a 10, what is there to complain.

It was very clean and right next to a gas station. Also close to the highway. They had a coffee bar (and hot water for tea or cocoa) in the lobby which was nice.

The gym only had a bike, tread, and elliptical no weights.
