Great and well equipped apartment near the city centre. Cozy place for short or longer stay: spacious, clean, comfortable for bigger group of travellers. The host is very helpful. There are breakfast options - you can choose to have breakfast in the room, or in the rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. Great value for money and you get everything that you could need for your comfortable stay.
Not the hotel issue it self - The location on google maps need to be corrected - the hotel is a little bit closer to city centre than it is shown on google maps and because of that you need inform tour guides in advance for pick up location. It is not a problem, just need to know.

The hotel is next to one of the tourist attractions. Edison was always in communication and able to provide with a breakfast bag to take out. Most tours start at 4-5 am. We left our luggage after checking out to be able to visit more places in Cusco. I stay 5 days in Cusco- took a 5 days tour with Pacha Inca- last day was free activities. It’s located next to one of the train tickets offices.2 blocks from plaza de Armas. Most places are at walkable distances. I did not cook at all but there was stuff to cook. I use the kettle electric boiler for coca tea ( they left coca leaves and tea bags murga tea) to help with altitude sickness. Beds were comfortable.
It has stairs to get to the studios but Edison was extremely kind and helped us with our heavy luggage

I chose a one day for studio as the other one with 2 queen beds was not available. We got to the hotel from the airport at 7:50 am dropped our luggage and started our 5 days tour. We came back in the afternoon and changed to the other studio. I think I could potentially have dropped my luggage early but didn’t do it that way. 2 blocks from plaza de armas. It has banks and ATMs close but I used an exchange office. Reviews of ATM said it would not give you money and retained your debit card so didn’t take the chance. Don’t use regular stores trying to exchange money (they will give you whatever they want). There are also 2-3 pharmacies while walking to plaza de armas, I bought pills for sorojche ?—altitud sickness. They were helpful I think.
It’s a busy avenue but didn’t really had any problem with noise

Excellent service -- very responsive staff and the free breakfast has flexibility in choice. We have the option to either take the breakfast in the room or be driven to their terrace restaurant for breakfast with an excellent view of Cusco. We obviously took the restaurant option when we could. Room is also cleaned daily.
Room was quite small with no airconditioning. That means you have to open the windows if you feel warm. The outside can be noisy at times as the property is situated in a busy street.

Absolutely the best service I've ever had in any place I have ever stayed around the world which have been thousands. Alex, the property manager, is just amazing and nothing is too much for him. My daughter fell quite ill and he organised a doctor in the middle of the night and he was always available to assist to make our stay comfortable. The location is also perfect with everything handy and a short stroll to the Plaza the Armas. The apartment is not huge but the fact that is has two bedrooms and two ensuites, made it perfect for a family travelling with kids. The breakfast, which you order each night and gets taken to your apartment at the time you request it, is also delicious.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Alex was great, provided tons of recommendations, provided a map and easy to reach. Great location Amazing value for money, you won’t be disappointed.
This one might not be the property’s fault, but the hotel on Google Maps is wrongly located. On Uber it was right but on the wrong side of the street. It took us 10-15mins to find it. There should be directions to find it easily. The breakfast was included, generous portion, and great presentation. But the taste and flavor wasn’t there. We are foodie people and we never get hotel breakfast as they usually aren’t great. Unfortunately, this was the case. I would recommend not even including the breakfast, I felt so bad for all the waste.

Location was central to a lot of activity, restaurants and shops. Was easy to take a short walk to get coffee in the morning (not included with breakfast). Speaking of breakfast, it was amazing -- a lot of food with juice and smoothies delivered on time to the room. Communication with the hotel via Whatsapp worked well most of the time. I liked waking up to the sounds of birds singing outside in the middle of a bustling city.
Sometimes there was a delay in hearing back via Whatapp, like when we arrived for a second time (after visiting Machu Picchu) and we had to wait outside to be let in. No lobby or common area for eating. It's a boutique hotel with small rooms, except the family room which was quite large and better than the others we stayed in (we. moved around within the hotel a couple of times based on room availability).

Everything was great. Alex and his staff are great throughout. He takes care of you as if you're family. He is very attentive and helpful. With 3 kids having the apartment was perfect. It had all the amenities and the location was perfect, on the main road, short walk to main tourist sites. Inca rail office right below meant the bus pickup drop off is right downstairs. Options for breakfast were perfect. You can go to their restaurant. With kids it was easier to have it in the room. Alex was able to store our luggage while we visited Macchu Picchu (stayed at this location before and after returning from Macchu Picchu. Alex's service is unmatched. Will certainly stay here again and again. Thank you Alex!

Excellent host! It is located literally next door to the Inca Rail office for getting the bus which is great if you are getting the bimodal service (bus and train) to Aguas Calientes. Make sure you message to say what time you will arrive as it is a series of apartments and there is no reception so don't arrive expecting to wait around in a lobby area for the room to be ready. The breakfast option is either in the room or the host, Alex (who went above and beyond) will arrange a taxi to take you to a restaurant with incredible views overlooking Cusco.

Absolutely lovely staff. Giara and Walter went above and beyond for me. Adorable little room with super comfy bed and clean pillows. Small little kitchenette, so I was able to cook for myself. Piping hot water and excellent Internet. Love the location. 10 minute walk to the main plaza and the Central market. Eight minute walk to the grocery store. Very little adorable restaurants on the same street. The breakfast was incredibly delicious . It is made to order and they bring it to your room. They make freshly squeezed orange juice! During my whole stay at this hotel, Giara and Walter made me feel so special! Any problems I had they fixed it. Thank you , Giara and Walter. For everything you have done for me.
Noisy as it is located on a busy street. It is right beside the Peru rail office so every morning between 3:30 AM to 5:30 AM. There was a lot of noise from tours leaving and crowds of tourists coming. During the day, it was a lot of shouting car, beeping, and music. There was also very limited dishes to cook. There were no dishes that were microwave safe. I did ask for a chopping knife and a chopping board however, keep in mind It is not meant for long-term, but just a few days. Although the beds were impeccably, clean the cupboards and floors very dirty but nothing that cannot be fixed. How do I mention it to the staff.
