Breakfast was good, having the hot breakfast option instead of a simple continental breakfast was nice. The location was good, the venue for the event/convention was great and the staff were wonderful.

For some reason housekeeping neglected our room. It was not a major issue however by the last day our trash can was full and needed replaced. In their absence we made the beds each day. I was surprised that they never came, had it been a major issue I would have contacted the front desk. The event we were there for was held on site. This meant we were in the room at times during the day. This could have interfered with the normal routine of the housekeeping staff.

I liked the breakfast buffet. The locations were excellent. We stayed in the Holiday Inn coming and going and I would stay at the Holiday Inn again. The Holiday Inn on the way home was connected to a steak house, I think it was a Ponderosa. It was very convenient to have the breakfast buffet and the steak dinner within walking distance. The rooms were clean and equipped with a hair dryer. Since I wash my hair every night that was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the bathroom also had soap and lotion. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was running and quiet. I was very pleased with the Holiday Inn at all locations.

We arrived a little early to town. They got us into our room without making us wait till the actual check in time. They knew we needed to get ready for the concert they are helped us out in the big way! If we had to wait till check in time we for sure would have been stuck on the highway trying to get into the arrowhead parking lot! Because of this we got into our seats with lots of time to spare and didn’t get stuck on that massive Beyonce traffic jam!

Large room with very comfortable desk that was perfect for work, nice office chair. A large one-sitter couch with foot rest was a very nice surprise, sitting and relaxing watching TV there with a cup of coffee was pretty great. Super comfortable bed, nice soft and clean sheets and very quiet area, and the attached restaurant is amazing !

Due to the location being kind of far away, it will take quite long to get an Uber, about 20 minutes wait for every time I needed to use it, if you are driving there is nice large parking space so is not a problem.

We loved the way they treated our dog. Staff were very kind and helpful. We also loved how they gave our dog treats.

The shower water pressure was not good. Took a while to get hot water. Also I didn’t feel stable taking my shower in a bathtub Bathroom lighting wasn’t good

Needed supplies such as towels paper etc.. Sandra brought them right over I didn't discover the other items needed to wash dishes with in the dishwasher and trash bags were also missing until we got ready to leave we ate out every day so didn't need the kitchen. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend the Winkleman location quiet neighborhood.

The sound the toilet made when flushed. SO LOUD and it lasted FOREVER (I guess the length it took to fill the tank). There was a black ring around the shower drain. Maybe permanent, maybe mold. I didn't want to know.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice meeting rooms, surprisingly very quiet even though close to I-70.

Carpet was a little worn but signs said they were in the process of some renovations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂! Always someone at the front desk, no matter what breakfast was great and made to order,,planning to stay there in November when we go back!

In an area where you had some dining options and very near the interstate…

Parking could be an issue on a big weekend with multi use lot between the hotel and resturants…
