Great hotel if you are flying out of Hamburg as it is 5 min from the airport and they have a shuttle service every 30 min. You beside can leave your car in the hotel parking when away and at half the price of airport parking. The hotel is very nice with a roof top bar with a view to the airport runway and beside they have a nice restaurant with good food and fair prices.

distance from airport is walking, but from airport to reach hotel is tricky.

to reach hotel, you need to walk to the parking garage area (where cars are parked outside) and take a small stairs up on left and take a right turn in a tunnel to reach hotel.

We were here before and will come again since the location is really good if you need to travel via HH airport. If you travel by car for just a couple of days, you can leave the car at their parkinglot and pay it for those days. Its not cheap but at least you know that the car is safe. The room is really good and modern, reception works 24/7.

The floor in the bathroom is super cold, like you really cannot walk barefoot at all. The room temperature is also a bit chilly and if you change it, it will not really make a difference. This was not a problem for us for one night but otherwise, i would be cold. They have a shuttle service from the hotel where you pay 10€ per person to the airport which was running a bit late since the other guests were not on time, but the taxi at the other hand, we payed for the back way 16€ one way for both of us. Maybe this was just a coincidence.

Super nice hotel, great skybar with airport/runway view. Big room with comfy beds and great and spacious bathroom. Also very nice wellness facilities and good breakfast, certainly for german standards.

The large windows unfortunately also mean that you will have to close the darkout curtains if you want to be “less dressed” and you don’t want others to see that… 😂 Some light vitrage curtains would be good. The fact that they charge €18 for parking is rather expensive and out of order.

The room is nice and comfortable, I love the view on the tesa side of the building :) The breakfast is nice and abundant with a wide selection of all kinds of food,the staff is friendly and very helpful. The location for me is excellent between the airport and work.

I like this hotel very much, and haven't even tried the skybar and the sauna! There are only two things missing in the room: a light for my suitcase above the packing area and a socket for laptop chargers near the bed.

Clean, spacious, having mini-kitchen, decoration, extremely comfortable. One of the best places to stay with kids.

Restaurant! Even though it has been nicely decorated, looks cosy i cannot say the same thing for the staff who served us and the same for the kitchen. The young waiter ( dark long haired ) almost had nothing to do with the serving! We have asked the soup of the day and he had no clue! We ordered tomato soup but had juicy tomato pure! The hotel is really nice and they should put some effort in to the restaurant as well! Also breakfast is at 7am for the weekends and i believe it should be 6am as there are also early flights at weekends as well.

Reception team, very friendly and there was a woman with the name Nicoleta ( i think ) she was very Profesional and friendly. The view was very nice. The room was nice , big enough , clean and comfortable ( top)

No connections for my private phone ( no signal in whole hotel) a disaster . I payed at Booking and the information about the payment from Booking to the Hotel was even in next day not send ( rest off the story was not nice ) . The food in the restaurant was not so good.. , it was more like a Fast food, very sad for a hotel like this to not have a good restaurant. And the breakfast was very Expensive , more than 20 euro .. i mean its still breakfast .. In Bathroom was a very bad smell, like mold. And at approximately 06 o clock when the first flight is flying , the noise woke me up :( . The good part is you don't need to worry about to long sleeping ;))

I love everything about the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really like the fact that when you are in the room you can see the plane fly.and they gym was good. Very close to the airport but if you want to go to the city centre then is not good for you but the hotel have a taxi that can drive you to the airport for 5euro and you can take a train to the city centre

The Staffs at the reception are not helpful at all. Especially the guy with brown hair. There was only one lady who was sooo helpful and nice

The size of the room is excellent, so are its conveniences, very modern, good bed, good pillows. size of bathroom. Front desk very friendly and expedite. Best of all and never experienced, I had to leave for the airport 03:45, they had a breakfast box ready for me, coffee, apples and water. Fantastic, no stress to find something to eat at the airport. Fantastic place if you need to get quickly to airport at off hours. Cannot comment from a Tourist point of view, as this was not the purpose of my trip

there isn't really anything I didn't like. only recommendation, in booking it sounds like the Hotel is in walking distance of the airport entrance, be more precise and mention that it is a 10 min taxi drive away. Again this is not a real issue.

Being a solo traveller and not from Germany, I greatly appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of Eslam, on Reception. He helped me with booking tickets on public transport and made sure I had the Reception phone number should I need further help. Nothing was too much trouble. Eslam is amazing and brilliant at his job. Thank you Eslam. Thanks to Leo too for his help when I checked out. Outstanding staff work at this hotel. I very much liked my room. The restaurant was great with a delicious dinner and extensive breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
