Great location. Wonderful breakfast and coffee and accommodates our very late arrival. Also the shuttle to our cruise the next morning was super fast and convenient!

This is the first 9 I've given a hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it's always nice to get warn eggs and bacon. Just a lack of gluten free options let it down a little. But as always I came stocked with GF bread. Swimming pool is amazing. Gym is well equipped. Everywhere is clean. :) excellent views from the pool and city view bedroom.

2 things that didn't make this a perfect 10. 1st - My last day a group of younger guests were smoking very smelly weed in the pool area. Not great when there are children around. Maybe more staff presence round the pool area. 2nd- I had the traffic light crossing for the main road beeping 90% of the time outside. I checked it out it seemed it was malfunctioning and constantly beeping. I tried a few nights but then changed rooms. 1 more floor up which did help.

We stayed at the Hampton inn because it was close to the cruise port and we were supposed to be taking a cruise out the next day. But my husband pulled his back and it was soon evident that he would not be able to go on the cruise. He was in too much pain to even travel back home so I went downstairs to see about securing the room for another night. Our front desk clerk Owen was extremely helpful. He set it up so my husband would not have to change rooms because of the extreme pain he was in. Owen was not only accommodating he was extremely professional. It was very pleasant and acted very concerned about my husband's well-being. We plan on cruising again in January and I can assure you we will be staying at this hotel because of the wonderful interaction I had while there.

I want to say that we were in town for a cruise, originally we were scheduled to fly in on Sunday and due to the tropical storm our flight was cancelled. Staff was able to cancel my room without any charges! We then flew in on Monday and the cruise was delayed. Your hotel staff was not only able to get us a room, but it was available right away. We were able to drop off our luggage and reset before going out to grab some snacks and dinner. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. When Tuesday morning came and we were planning to get shuttled over to the cruise port, once again the staff was very accommodating! Our boarding time was delayed and we were able to do a late check out, so we had a comfortable place to wait. Once our shuttle arrived at the port, we were turned away. This ship was not letting anybody get on yet. Our shuttled driver was amazing, he brought us back to the hotel and after an hour took us back to port. I can't say enough about the staff being amazing!

The room was fine, however, there were stains on my sheets and mattress. It was pretty bad. Also, there was mold in the shower. These are not things I would normally associate with a Hilton based hotel.

Very friendly. Had a issue with the room (ants) moved us quickly no problem. Breakfast was delicious and a large selection. Had a shuttle running to the cruise terminals. We walked the short 15min distance instead of waiting for the shuttle but still nice that they had that service available. Pool on the roof was a beautiful view and nice tempature pool towels available before going out. Shops for last minute items or hotel food (microwaveable) right across the road publix and cvs. All in all 10/10 definitely staying here again.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The one thing that was a little annoying was location of the room. We were on the 6th floor which is an open access floor meaning that anyone has access to it because of the pool, gym etc… other floors you need to swipe your room card to get access and the other thing was we were on the street side which got a little noisy up until about midnight but then quieted down.

Staff, especially Lashawn on Reception were very helpful and remained so through preparing for Hurricane Helene which was stressful. Breakfast was very good hot and cold items all included. Free hot drinks were available in the Reception. And there was a microwave oven to heat food. I did not use the pool but it seemed very popular.

Very little shops or things to do in the immediate vicinity, but very close to the Teco Line or trolley car which gets you downtown or to Ybor City very easily and for free!

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved that there was a free shuttle to the cruise port! Within walking distance of some restaurants and stores

Breakfast was crazy and overcrowded. It took a very long time to get breakfast. It was a Saturday morning and everyone was getting ready to leave for a cruise so I am not sure what could improve it. The bathroom in our room really needed an exhaust fans added to it. It was ridiculously steamy in the bathroom.

Great pool, nice location. Property design is modern. Room is quiet. Had a great view and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Friendly people.

Bathroom door is also the closet door - one of those barn door sliders. Not the best when one person needs the bathroom and the other is getting clothes out of the closet. Also no latch on the bathroom door. Shower needs updating. Towels are cheap and scratchy. Lighting was too low for makeup application. A bit costly.

WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

Air conditioning stayed blowing even thought the thermostat was set to off - not a biggie but I would have preferred the silence. No impact on me returning to this great hotel
