You guys were amazing! Considering how long it took me to get my stuff together & actually leave (after 1pm) I only got charged an extra $20, very understanding & the room yanno, wasn't a 5 star stay but for the amount of people that come through & stay in a week. It was good for what it was worth, free WiFi, smart TV & HUGE double shower for my bf & I to have a shower in after a long day. Not to mention the cusine! Absolute to die for food. Thank you so much, I had a great stay :)

Comfy but showing its age. Changed rooms as room ,4 had a terrible shower. Room 18 much better. I love a good shower. Clean sheets good housekeeping. Very obliging. Housekeeping. Good pool especially on a hot day. Haven't tried restaurant looks very inviting with a full licenced bar facility.

Place is looking run down. Garden especially needs a clean up.. Main rubbish bins very dirty. Need a good steam clean..My first room I stayed in room 4 smelt of cigarettes.

Freshly cooked food based on Sri Lanka diet. The restaurant is fabulous for this reason. The freshly cooked meal was in addition to the bain marie in front of excellent restaurant; a separate door. The menu catred for normal pub meals as well.

I thought my room had Foxtel, but it was one of cheapest rooms to stay. The room had a spa bath, but we didn’t have time over our one night stay.

The location is very nice, the room was very clean, the wi-fi is perfect and the balcony was fantastic. I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

Is up to standard

This was once a 5 star motel. Years have caught up and upkeep has got away from new management. Still comfy but furniture needs replacing and garden needs to be refreshed. Can't complain it is a budget accommodation. Would stay again.

Noisy guests yelling out at 2am. I couldn't keep my original booking price. However management still have me a good deal.

The location was very convenient to the function that I attended. The room was spaces and was clean and was ready prior to arrival and checked in at 10.30am

I was not happy for the bond policy where I was the only group member that paid for the bond. Members of my group checked before me and no one paid bond.

Location was near a Grief Retreat I was attending @ the Springvale Cemetary. Good value for money. Absolutely loved the Sri Restaurant with its live music.

The swimming pool was dirty and needs to be cleaned so people can use it. Also gardens need attention.

The court yard in the centre where the pool is was quite peaceful and made the view out the window enjoyable . Internals had been upgraded, bath room area had been modernized. Bed was comfortable and the telly had a good picture. Cafe area neat and tidy

If I was to pick, the parking area was a bit grotty.Just needed a tidy up but this was left from earlier travellers. The air conditioner cover and filter needed to be cleaned, pillows alittle flat for me, but thats being fussy but I am trying to help the owners with these comments. I would stay again

Compared to my first stay almost 2 yrs ago I have to say our stay this time around was so much better and will definitely stay again

Couldn't work out the WiFi n TV and no actual book in the room with things like the food menu or where things were but we got by

Everything is good except one little concern.

The water drips from the air-conditioning units above the unit entry doors, causing a wet and slippery area (when they're on). It's a bit of a safety hazard concern. Thank you.
