The staff was amazing. Linda went the extra mile to make our visit so warm and welcoming with the extra touches she provided. Nicholas was very friendly, and his #1 goal was providing a positive customer service experience. There were others that we saw regularly (one female server that is getting her MBA - we didn't get her name - was kind and interested in us each day. Very sweet). The rooftop bar was terrific, and we appreciated the free beverages in our rooms each day. The hotel also arranged for dinner reservations (and provided an excellent recommendation at Noto) as well as car service back to the airport upon our departure. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the entire town.

Breakfast was a little bit confusing. Staff forgot about our coffees (although there were more staff than guests on site at the time). Also for more than 20 minutes there was no cheese/ham on the board. We were not the only table discussing this issue. One can say, that we should tell the staff. However, most guests are usually a bit shy and expect the highest standard at this kind of hotel, not having to ask for such a basic thing. Also, a member of staff went to check the buffet repeatedly and nothing happened anyway. Nevertheless, this is a constructive criticism, we liked the hotel and will come back!

Fantastic location, just short walk to marina and town. Easy access to all restaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautiful and only 4 floors so it is not overwhelming. Rooms are very large and plenty of space for everything .Bathrooms are large and roomy, you will not feel crowded in the least at this hotel. Housekeeping comes by at least twice a day, in the evening for a nightly turndown service. They even folded clothes that the kids left messy in their rooms. Also have privacy buttons so that they will not enter if you wish. With all that , it is the staff that makes this hotel the best. The front desk escort and show you around the room, the concierge and doormen are friendly and helpful.

Nothing, this is the only place to consider staying at in St Tropez. We did not get to try the hotel restaurant but we will next time !

The location is perfect. While there are many options for hotels on the beach, we wanted to be able to walk everywhere. The concierge worked with us to get beach club and restaurant reservations. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was a lovely addition. We would stay here again!

I did not like that they kept the luggage in the lobby when we checked out. but really nothing was a real issue.

Location was great and the suggestion for dinner was GREAT!!Concierge service was really spot on!

way too over priced at the summer peak - I can't fault the hotel for charging what it can I think if it wasn't such an in-demand destination our rate could have been a third and still premium and fair:-)

Fantastic property and location. Service is great, and care for every detail. Mini bar is complimentary and the hotel organzies shuttles to the beach clubs - you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Room Service (Late Night snacks) after 10pm or so is a bit underwhelming. They should improve the menue

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Great bed! Breakfast was very good and the dining room had a nice view.
