I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khemara Sovannaphum Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering convenient access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful and serene environment. The amenities were top-notch, including swimming pool, restaurant, bar and spa, which added to the overall luxurious experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. We booked this hotel for New Year and for our honeymoon in Cambodia. We chose this hotel due to its location a little out of town so away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and noise of the city but with just a short walk to the shops restaurants and Facilities. Even before we arrived the communication was fantastic welcoming and friendly. Sadly we arrived later than expected due to a delay with the bus but even arriving late we were still greeted with happy smiling faces that could not do enough for us. This level of customer service continue throughout our stay, every single staff member was helpful, a tentative and service minded. A special mention too; Laiseang (Absolutely Outstanding!) Sivinh Sophea Daro (Housekeeping manager) All the staff The hotel is exceptionally clean, with the rooms decorated to a high standard but still with a Cambodian twist. We initially stayed in 108 which was a huge room with a bath and own vanity area. It had a view over the Royal sports club, under balcony where you could watch the Sunset. Considering how close to hotel is to the main road the rooms are very quiet, you can enjoy a little piece of nature in the tranquility of the gardens. Located just a 5-minute walk to the closest local supermarket, with a cultural fresh fruit and vegetable place next door. 15 minute walk into Siem Reap City Center and Pub Street. Unfortunately one of us had an accident on a jungle offroad motorbike trip resulting in a broken arm and 6 stitches; I didn't want to be anywhere else other than the comfort and safety of this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, sympathetic and couldn't do enough to make our stay even better and more comfortable. Even as I lay here underneath the shade of the palm trees in the pool area I think how lucky I am to have experienced the hospitality and genuine empathy from these wonderful people. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner of the hotel, who was lovely.

Absolutely nothing

Everyone was polite and helpful, our trips out were excellent. The hotel is 5 mins ride from the main part of town and 40 mins from Anchor Wat temple complex, you need 3 days to see the main temples, dawn on christmas day at the main temple was beautiful, we enjoyed Ta Phrom and the temple of faces also. The national museum in Siem Reap is also a must for those into the history of the temple complex. This is a great hotel, it has a good pool, is in a quiet area of town but close to all the highlights and great value for money.

The menu at the restaurant was missing some dishes but our stay was only a few days, in the winter season and the restaurants in the town are great. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices.

Staff were amazing. The best I have ever experienced and I have travelled a lot in my life. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my needs and I was highly impressed

Takes 10 minutes to run the shower before hot water. Television was not set up until I asked about why the TV wasn’t working the next day. A cockroach ran up my arm on the night before my departure, however this may have entered from outside because before that I did not see any and there’s plenty of large geckos that would devour him quickly

Everything was excellent apart from the breakfast. The Khmer option was packet noodles and the western option poor quality sausage and undercooked egg, also only carton orange as a juice option in a country like Cambodia is exceptionally poor. I don't blame the staff , who where faultless, but rather the management. An hotel of this calibre ought to have an at least passable breakfast menu. Having said that the coffee was excellent

The staff met our every need and beyond. They will provide tuk tuk drivers for all your tours who speak English and are good at what they do, at the same price as you could get on the street without the hassle. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a serene space in a chaotic Cambodia with caring staff. The manager speaks perfect English and Nat or Len as tuk tuk drivers are so kind. We spent 5 days there and consider the staff like family.

Incredible hotel ! staff is amazing and treated us like movie stars. 100% A+ service. upgraded to suite for our anniversary and surprised us with flowers and a special touch on bed and bathtub. comfy beds, great view, private deck. nice pool and fantastic breakfast and dinner meals. close to everything, but quiet and private a few minutes from town. easy to get around, will stay here every year. 5 star hotel !

Beautiful room, beautiful pool facility, the location was close enough for us to walk it to city centre but always Tuk Tuk available if you wanted.

The hotel has a lot to offer a five star service to the guests. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely, the hotel shines with investing more on staff recruiting and training.

The hotel was located on a ring road away from shops but only five minutes from Pub Street which was a plus for me. The bonus was that the local circus show was just up the road and to get to the Temples by scooter was really easy, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make the stay a pleasure

I’m not used to swimming in a warm pool but that was a weather issue, the tv wasn’t working
