the lobby is the place! and quickly become friends. spacious room and the air conditioning works perfectly. super clean bathrooms all the time. the reception and lobby won me over. always someone to talk to and make friends, there's a drinks machine, music and the meals are perfect! I loved participating in the typical country dinner from Friday to Saturday

The events were well organised and everyone was so nice. Very much a social hostel so not for people who aren't up for that.

Very nice and respectful people. You can fully be yourself. Everyday they or other people plan trips which you can attend. That was nice. Big kitchen they have where you can use their equipment. every morning there is a (little paid) breakfast and volunteers sometimes make vegan dinner. So that’s very nice as well. It exceeded my expectations to be honest.

The hostel experience you either like or not. With 12 in one room. Personally I had no problem with it since I only used it for sleeping. Most of the time was spent in the big and comfortable communal room. This was very nice.

Had a great stay at Jungle Jaffa Hostel. It’s a beautiful hostel in a very safe and fun location with easy access to public transportation. Even people on a business trip or students will also have a wonderful time there because of the strong wifi and quiet atmosphere/place to study. The hostel is well-taken care of, clean, organized and neat. The whole place is equipped, and stores and markets are within walking distances. The hostel staff is like family…very hospitable, nice, respectful, professional, generous, thoughtful, kind, helpful and welcoming. I felt like home. Will always return there for every visit. Highly recommended!

I had the most incredible hostel experience during my travels, and I can confidently say it was the best one yet! Given the generally high prices in Israel for accommodation, this hostel offered an exceptionally affordable stay. The delicious breakfast and dinner provided not only satisfied my taste buds but also helped me save some money along the way. What truly set this hostel apart was the fantastic array of activities organized by the staff. These activities not only facilitated a great time but also provided an excellent opportunity to meet and bond with fellow travelers. The hostel's spacious lobby served as the perfect hangout spot, where people could come together and share their stories and experiences. Furthermore, the hostel's convenient location next to the stadium was a huge bonus for football enthusiasts like myself. Overall, I can recommend this place a lot for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable stay in Israel.

All in all, I had a great time there, met lovely people. Showers were good, clean, enough showers to not wait and great pressure. Breakky and dinner included were.... wow amazing considering the cost of life in tel aviv The activities at night were so-so I have to say, except for 1 night who had good vibes.

Actually the fact that there are so many volunteers made it a bit awkward... trying to socialize, you realize the people you're talking too work here and they are not so prone to engage in conversation, not interested, also staying together in groups not socializing with guest... So, to make friends, it makes it a bit hard because you don't know who stays here or who works here... the vibe was then a little off most days I have to say... But actual staff was more friendly, did great job in helping me for tours etc !

Jungle Jaffa is a phenomenal place - the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, I cannot thank them all enough for feeling me welcome during my whole stay. There were times when I didn't even want to leave the hostel, as there is always so much to do - wether be it a night activity like a stand-up or karaoke, or delicious dinner, or a DJ set on the rooftop. The party always continued, and I went with it! However, when it comes to having a good rest, Jungle Jaffa is perfect too - it was always quiet after midnight, the rooms were clean, and the beds - comfy. JJ is just such a vibe - I totally recommend it if you want to add a sprinkle of adventure to your journey, meet travellers and locals, and just get a great value for your money.

I wish there was a laundry and a dryer for a fee for the guests to use, but I've heard they plan on implementing that in the future. Yay!

Large kitchen for you to make your own food or to share in what some of the other guests or volunteers at this hostel are making. The check out process is really easy and organized. The location is exactly what I was looking for. Quite at night, but a walk away from the action near Jaffa Old Town. It is clean with lots of cool chairs to sit in. If you need a quite please they have a working lounge as well for digital nomads.

The line to check in was really long. They had two staff members working it, but it was odd for all these online reservations to need so much time in person. Given how organized the rest of the hostel was, I was surprised to find this section lacking.

The place is a bit hard to find. But the staff helped me to find the way to the hostel. I have never been to a hostel before, but this was a nice place, after all: the bed comfy, sheets were clean. Beds are wide enough. It's a bit far from all activities, but you can easily get to the beach by 10-15 min walking or taking an electric scooter (the parking lot is about 1 min away) Definitely recommend it for a short-term stay

Great showers, nice beds, all the to bed tecpected stuff, decent lockers but most importantly both breakfast and dinner are included. Both are really good but they are purley vegetarian. The breakfast you make yourself from whats there. Toast, jam, chocolate, a verity of cut up fruit there's also an oke meal ready I think. On one of the days there's Pancakes think Friday. The dinner was mostly rice with a sauce and a sald. But the dinner works differently you need to be there at 19:00 to grt a frssh serving if you come later the food will be mostly finished vs for breakfast you have a wide range of hr you can come down to. Still this save you money on good cause its very expensive in Isreal. All around a great place to stay at the vibe is nice and lots of great people to meet

Only 2 things first towel I got had some dirt on it and at 1 of the breakfasts I saw 1 peace of bread with mold on it. Had to mention those but literally the only bsd experience there.
