The room, the bed the shower, was fantastic. I go to many hotels with my work. My rating system is simple, "would I bring my wife to stay at this location"?. It is a yes for this hotel. I can't say the same about other places.

The hotel is located in a sketchy area. There were street people on the ramp to the underground parking when I returned at night. The underground parking smelled bad, like it was used for a washroom. I was concerned about leaving my car there, but I had no issues in the morning. I don't know what the hotel can do, it's a bad area.

The hotel is located on the same street as the Budwriser venue within walking distance so we were able to save some time and trouble. Hotel is secure and had very supportive staff, would definitely stay again for future concerts! Very quiet location and all amenities were present and working normally.

One elevator and the ice machine on our floor were out of service however this had minimal impact on our overall stay. There was little else out of place.

it was a close walk to the budweiser garden for a concert or any sort of event. on site parking for a fee and the price wasnt that bad considering hotels now are usually really expensive.

not the hotels fault but the crackheads next door are not a great thing to look at but like i said not the hotels fault the city should be cleaning that up but i did notice a lot all around London. they do have security in the hotel so there is no fear of them getting into the hotel

The hotel was very clean and updated, friendly security, right downtown London breakfast was free. However, I did sleep in and miss it. The room was executive suite with living room and a bedroom TV at the very end on the eighth floor, it was an awesome city view.

Getting free breakfast but that’s on me for not waking up. The hotel provides the breakfast and I get it free throughbooking.com.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious enough and bathroom a good size. Great breakfast except for the times available.

One elevator was not working so made the other elevator very crowded. Also, breakfast should be served until 10:00 a.m. every day. To close at 9:00 a.m. is just too early for people on vacation or anytime of the year.

Great bedding, good shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Breakfast is great.

Staff watch you and ask you questions every time you go out of the hotel. You can't have any visitors without staff giving you hassle. No laundry, sheets are all white which is hard to keep clean and the hotel takes a $500 deposit so what if you get something on the sheets, they would keep your deposit. It's like a set up to keep you're $500. No light in the back parking lot either it's really dark kinda scary to walk back there at night.

The hotel is beside London Extended Stay a lot of homeless people on the street openly buying selling and using drugs . Drug paraphernalia outside of the hotel on sidewalk and ledges of hotel Would not recommend for anyone with kids to stay here.

The staff were very friendly at check in, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK. At check out, Dhruv was very pleasant and helpful.

The only thing was the drain in the bathtub was very slow. No big deal, however noticeable. I realize life for the homeless is world wide and they need a space. It was nice to see security officers ensuring the ones we saw did not get out of hand.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The fridge in the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very busy. The underground parking was appreciated. The hotel was within walking distance of the Budweiser Centre and restaurants. Very convenient location!

The carpet in the room had stains on it. Not a big deal but it made us wonder about the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The mattress slightly dipped in the middle so made for a restless sleep. The hotel was busy but there was only one elevator working.

We stayed 2 nights: 1st night: Mar.3-4 Double Queen $$$$ 2nd night Mar.4-5 King Jr suite $$$ Positives: 1. Staff was wonderful and accommodating to arrange early check-in to 2nd nights room. Our bookings were done months apart and we were unable to co-ordinate before our stay began due to high demand. 2. Location was good & premises were clean. 3. Breakfast "Grab & Go" was great. We left each morning feeling satisfied. Lots of food and good quality. Staff again did a great job! Negatives: 1. I feel there was price gouging by hotel/booking.com due to "The Brier" in town for 10 days. 2. Maintenance issues were observed; only I elevator was operational & very slow at peak times, noisy bathroom fans, stained carpet, bathroom shower handle was loose (reported to front desk on checkout) 3. No street signage led to uncertainty of location. Thank goodness for Google Maps or we may still be driving in circles looking for it! Temporary signage is required! 4. 1st night: Queen x 2, room was overcrowded with little room to move around, too hot, no blow dryer, dirty towel on the back of bathroom door; Other than being over priced we had a good stay. 5. 2nd night: Room was a better temperature, we loved the Jr King suite giving us room to move around and sit other than on the bed to watch tv.
