Extremely helpful staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room! Coffee and eggs by order together with freshly pressed orange juice was a very surprising gesture. The breakfast buffet was generous without being overwhelming, and it has all you need (bread, spread, cereal, jam, pastry, toast, cheese, fresh fruits..etc) Very clean, very quiet area, well functioning air conditioning. Lots of restaurants nearby, from small pizzerias to Michelin recommended restaurants only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Pro tip: book sun beds and umbrellas in advance! (Ask at the hotel before your stay, or use Google). We stayed there at the beginning of August, so the beaches wasn’t full, but there were still a few days we had difficulties of getting beds, especially during the weekend). Will certainly recommend this hotel!

Stayed overnight to move to La spezia early morning. The hotel is very clean and the receptionist who checked us late at night was very kind. Got a parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and the lady at the coffee counter prepared us the best coffee we had in our vacation.

Rooms are a tad bit small. Nothing else to complain about.

Very very clean! Good value for money! The location is wow.. and the surrounding is more than wow! A small canal near with fishes, birds (even 2 swans!), turtles and even a beaver :)) 5 min walk to the nearest beach, a lot of restaurants in the area and 10 min walk from the pedestrian area..

From the outside, this hotel really looks like one of those 3* hotels, that have seen better times and could require a makeover, but actually the rooms are pretty modern. Good and quiet location and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately, they did not have a breakfast buffet at the time of our stay, but that was right after Italy dropped many Covid restrictions and they would have needed more time to prepare but no problem, we could chose what we wanted and they deliverd it to our table. Parking was free on the site.

The hotel doesn't have many things that are "special" but absolutely nothing was wrong.

Really everything, cleanliness, position, breakfast and most of all, staff. Reception, kitchen, breakfast, cleaning personnel. Thank you! So kind. Also on behalf of our dog, Arno :) to reception and cleaning personnel to be so helpful and arranging my son plushies and the breakfast, wonderful. Thanks to all.

Excellent hotel, maybe one of the best in the area. The rooms were clean and spacy, personel was kind and ready to help in any situation, breakfast was very good.

Peaceful location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, great italian breakfast. No eggs or bacon, but if you're a fan of sweets and fruit, you're in for a treat. Got room with balcony, you can't see the ocean, but it's a really nice bonus place to relax and read a book. :)

Not close to Tiffany..perfect family owned hotel with friendly staff and breakfast is massive and freshly cooked..they really do a fantastic job in hospitality industry specially service,cleanest,and definitely i will back in the summer with my family or every time im in that areaI will stay in Tiffany....PS..if they kik me out from home i know where to go...greetings form Macedonia I will suggest something to management...shuttle service from nearest airport and rent a car/bike service will increase hotels visit for 50%

Staff were very helpful. Room was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Set back from the seafront and very quite. Very clean.

Wonderful breakfast, excellent hotel, friendly staff. I am an experienced traveller and I have to admit: Tiffani is best 3 stars hotel I've even stayed in! Highly recommenden, A+++
