The hotel is just 5km from a fantastic Lake and activities area, and with such a good value for money it was perfect for us

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off when we and the kids were sleeping. It was a falde alarm but thank god as noone was guidong the great to s safe location, people were going up in their rooms instead of safely outside and there were no hotel staff to guide then to do the right thing. noone Said anything not even when it was actually safe to go back.

Very close to A1 but quiet bucolic location surrounded by woods & fields. Comfortable, clean room & very helpful staff. Bit of a 1960's "motel" vibe but in a good way!

Restaurant was closed as was the separate one just next door but staff made a big effort to produce some food anyway. Single glazing so a bit of traffic noise from the road in front but a rather glorious "dawn chorus" from the adjacent woodland.

It's a fair value hotel in a rural area of the Netherlands. It's next to a road, but you don't hear that inside. The beds and shower were comfortable and the staff very friendly.

The whole hotel feels a little run down, e.g. the floors could use a renovation. The breakfast was very simple.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Respectful and accommodating as well. Everything is kept neat and clean every day.

Flooring of the room needs to be replaced because it’s time-worn

I stayed in the hotel with my retired parents for 3 nights. It was a comfortable stay. We could have a rest after busy days. The hotel is in a quiet place, away from any town, which was just what we needed. The breakfast was good, although you'd better come earlier if you want to have a greater selection of food. There's amble parking space, the restaurant is big, the rooms were enough for the 3 of us. Kettle, tea and coffee in the room, which is a bonus.

The hotel looks even better than the pictures! Come early if you want to enjoy the whole selection of food at breakfast.

Wonderful location full of paths through nature. A very comfortable long weekend in De Lutte with quiet rooms. The shower experience was much better than what I'm used to at home. The food from the hotel kitchen was great and such a relief after all these months of eating my own cooking. Staff was engaging and friendly. Enjoyed the vibe of the place and the suggestions for where to walk and hike nearby. There are birds and rabbits on the property which added to the charm.

I wish I could have met some more travelers but I understand that during COVID times we shouldn't be mingling very much any way. I suggested some new art on the walls and I believe management is in the process of making the trimmings more relevant to the local surroundings. Some of the spaces are still being renovated from the previous owners so I'm excited to come back to see what they do with all the extra space they have.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great; lots of food and great value for money.

I have nothing to complain about. A great place to stay

This place is a hidden gem! The nature environment and how beautiful the tracking trails around the hotel are were a big surprise for me. The couple that runs the hotel are really fun and nice people, and the breakfast was delicious! A great price for the service and I will definitely come back more times!

There is nothing I don't like it in this lovely place.

The location was excellent. The car park had plenty of room to park the van in. The staff were exceptional. Ellis, the receptionist went above and beyond the call of duty to find us somewhere to eat as the hotel restaurant is closed on a Monday. The other staff were also very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was extremely good value for money. We will definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The fabric of the hotel needs updating. The decor was very tired looking but we understand but that this is to be addressed in the near future. Biggest problem was the hotel restaurant being closed on a Monday, along with the other nearby restaurants so a takeaway from the local Chinese was our only option.
