All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Main meals were all delicious with good variation to choose from each night and the kids enjoyed the kiddie buffet. There was also a decent selection at breakfast. Nice pool and spa facilities for after a day of skiing, which the kids also enjoyed. They have a parking garage and carport which is great if you want to ovoid having a frozen car in the morning. We had a comfort double room for a family of 4 and it was spacious and definitely comfortable.

Nothing to complain about, but some minor points. Access to the parking garage is very tight, demarcation to restrict the length of cars on the driveway leading up the garage would help. More of hint to others, unfortunately the bus which stops near the hotel doesn't go to the Inneralpbach slopes so you need to drive, which is not a big deal if you have a roof box for your skis. (Here the hotel reception was really helpful in informing us and giving tips for parking)

We stayed in 2 double Bergidyll rooms - they are spacious, clean, comfortable and nice little balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains. It was half board - breakfast was very good and not too busy. The evening meal is quite tasty - there is a salad bar, then a starter (1 choice), for the main course there are 3 options and then the dessert (again 1 choice). There is also ice-cream or cheese choices next to the self service salad bar. So you won't go hungry!! The staff at reception and in the restaurant are efficient and friendly. We liked this hotel a lot and would recommend it.

Pity there isn't any tea/coffee making service or mini fridge in the room.

Excellent hotel suitable for couples, families with older or younger children. Helpful staff, top-notch cuisine, good selection of wines. Wellness offers various saunas, the view from the room of the mountains is a great wake-up call to a new day. Access to the ski slopes is well organized with a bus connection directly from the hotel to the cable car.

The wellness area intended for families is used by guests who do not have children and do not adhere to the dress code by wearing swimwear.

The room looked very authentic, bathroom recently renovated, the staff was very friendly, all in all was a good stay.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all, only a few choices (i.e a platter if cold meats and cheeses to choose from, and plenty of bread… a few veggies and juice and coffee) this was the most disappointing part

The staff is really lovely and friendly, big up to Johann for his warm welcome in his hotel. Very good breakfast and the children buffet for the diner is really ideal. The sauna area is very good with many possibilities also for children.

The swimming pool is easily crowded because not big. Despite the diner was excellent I am sure improvements can be made for the desserts :)

High-rate service, the staff is to be congratulated. Especially Christopher and Stephanie. We were a big family (with baby) and since checkin until finishing on the checkout, everything was fine. After skiing all day, a warm pool and sauna on the hotel helps a lot.

The rooms could be served by a kettle and minibar, especially when you have a baby on the room - for warm water and keeping baby food cold

Good location, easy parking, very good room, good food (breakfast and dinner). Very friendly and professional staff at the restaurant. A free pass to use the wiederbergerhornbahn.

The woman at the reception at check in was not very friendly and unprofessional. We were lucky the owner interfered and he gave us a good room and made us feel welcome.

Spacious room, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Good selection at breakfast and cosy bar area. Using the pool and sauna area after a day's skiing was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

A kettle in the room would be good. The tiled entrance to the hotel was extremely slippy as everyone was coming in with snow covered boots. Towels and mats had been laid down, but I suggest a longer term solution is necessary to avoid a nasty accident.

Really lovely hotel, gorgeous big room with balcony looking out on to the mountains. Food was excellent, service super friendly and accommodating. The pool and saunas were wonderful after a day skiing. Will definitely return

Nice location with easy access to the pistes via car or ski bus. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. Good options for vegetarians.

Pool very small and gets crowded so we didn’t use it. No fitness studio.
