The location is just near Yau Ma Tei MRT B2. Very convenient and there are many yummy restaurants nearby. Luggage service available after checkout at Basement which is very nice to wander around before heading to the airport.

The room is considered good. However I think there are bed bugs and I realized I was bitten many spots at my legs after waking up the next morning. Hopefully the hotel can check and improve this.

The room is quite new and clean. The location is excellent, very close to an MTR station and a bus station (with airport bus available making the trip from and to the airport quite convenient). The hotel offers no breakfast, but we can find a number of restaurants nearby offering nice food, including breakfast.

Not that I can think of for the hotel itself.

The hotel's geographical position was excellent, very close to all corners of Hong Kong. The people in the lobby were also very nice and helpful, and of course fluent in not only Mandarin and Cantonese, but also English as well. Overall an excellent choice of hotel. :)

The wifi connection was sometimes a little bad in my room, so calling home was a little troublesome. The position of the electrical outlets was a little unfortunate.

clean and the room size is ok not too much small

1 minute walk (or less) from the metro station; with plenty of food and other shops around the corner. The room was perfectly sized for my needs: compact with just enough space to fit the queen size bed and a small corner table. Bathroom was clean as required. AC was working perfectly. No noise from the door or the neighbors could be heard. Frankly, if you are looking for a room to sleep in after a day full of walking around Hong Kong, this is the place to be.

Nothing at all with the room (although maybe the AC was a bit too cold but that's never a complaint). Frankly, there wasn't much i didn't like -- I think the hotel can do with a bit more admin/front office staff as there's usually a line up to check in; but that's not really an issue.

The location of the hotel is near 2 exits at Yau Ma Tei. The room looks neat. Out of the hotel, there are many eateries around and lots of convenience stores nearby.

The soundproofing of the room was very bad. Our room was just outside the lift, and there were hotel guests talking loudly while waiting for the lift. You can even hear your next door room guest showering/talking. The room was very small, and we barely had space to open up our luggage. On day 2 of our stay, I found a small bug at the toilet.

The hotel is located among resident district, not at the tourist area, and quite far away from Mall. It is close to bus stop and subway station though. You can access to different kinds transportation.

If you live at lower floors, there may be some noise from streets.

Property was in a convenient location close to the MTR and a lot of restaurants. Staff from reception to housekeeping was exceptional!

We were caught off guard about the room not having a mini fridge. I guess we were used to having that by default in the hotels (including the budget hotels) that we have stayed at and did not think to look for it when we were booking for this hotel. Having said that, there are two 7-11’s within meters from the hotel so we were good.

Great location, room upgrade to bay view, quiet, clean. It was a fine stay. Near to markets etc. They can store your luggage for free.

Nothing in particular. Just notice that there is no lobby.
