We only stayed 1 night and even my wife noticed it too Standard size bathtub with the modern barn door style glass and handle made it very crowded, I couldn’t face the shower head without my elbows hitting the glass door handle and other side of the bathtub wall , most of the time had to face sideways also the shampoo dispenser on the other side of barn door added the crowded feeling. Move the dispenser to the shower head/control side will help eliminate that crowded feeling Return the normal shower curtains or with curved curtain rods and it wouldn’t be a problem My suggestion is take a shower there and see if you get the same feeling

Great location, convenient parking, comfortable bed, hotel looks great, nice to be able to go on the balcony, open the windows at night, beautiful fireplace in the room, roomy. We liked that the breakfast was included (for the amenity fee of $30)

We booked a double room (sofa + bed) with a separate bedroom... for privacy... but the fireplace was a direct see-through between sofa area and the bedroom. Water flow in the shower was low No milk at breakfast

The hotel was amazing. So beautiful. We did spend an hour in the Jacuzzi it was nice. The room was very beautiful. Booking.com did have the wrong description of the room so that was a little disappointing but it was not the hotel's fault. We had a great girls trip. The in-room coffee was delicious.

Plenty of parking, nice swimming pool area, Pleasant staff, quiet area, short distance to walk to restaurants. Liked the Jr suite had windows we could open to let in fresh air.

We booked a Jr suite for three adults and one child but there was only coffee cups and drinking glasses for two, not enough towels in bathroom and no bedding for the pull out sofa bed which was taken care of as soon as we called hospitality but I thought the Jr suite should have been prepared. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The refrigerator was not at all cold.We checked to see if it was plugged in and it was but could not find the control dial to set it to cold temperature. Deck off room very tiny could barely sit two persons. We had requested a early check in was called at 2:30 room was ready. Check in time is 3:00. For what one pays I think hotels should make it so you can check in by noon.

The location was ideal, walking distance of multiple great restaurants and bars, as well as cafes and convenience stores. The decor and style of the building was extremely nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean and mostly very comfortable to stay in.

My wife found the bed to be uncomfortable for her and thought that perhaps the mattress needed flipping, as she was aware of a noteable indent in the bed, causing her to roll in the night. The bathtub faucet only reached lukewarm when trying to fill the tub, but the shower reached a good temperature.

Breakfast was minimal and ok. Ashley was one of the best hotel personnel I have ever experienced. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make certain everything was perfect for us.

The shower head had no directional nor height adjustability The bed in the room was way too soft. A medium trimmed would have been a better compromise.

The location was perfect for walking and exploring downtown Los Gatos. Everything was lovely, the tile work and building style were beautiful and the hotel seemed to have every amenity you could need.

The photo of the room on Booking.com did not match my room. I intentionally rented a room that had french doors that open to a private outdoor space. Sadly, the room I had for both nights just had a window that looked to the street.

Th location was very near downtown close to many restaurants. The pool and spa was very clean. Staff was friendly. Sleep at night was very quiet. Rooms were a good size and value was right. Being pet friendly was great.

Billing was vague.

updated decor ie: flooring and suite was “ cute” according to my sons gf when they visited to open his birthday gifts. setting in Los Gatos was dicey this trip with the rain pouring for well over half my six night stay. my room was At the bottom of a steep hill that I was concerned about but it’s such a beautiful setting and close to everything. within walking distance of downtown Los Gatos.
