the location of the hotel was great, everything we needed was just under the hotel the view on the 45th floor was amazing especially at night, the room was spacious and they kept replacing the used toiletries everyday. if you do not include breakfast in your booking they give you discount vouchers for each day which was nice.

you cannot charge anything on the room if you book via booking, for example we used the laundry service, room service & the luggage transfer service and had to pay via card or cash instead of charging it on the room including daily breakfast which was a waste of time honestly.

Firstly, the view at the lobby and the room were so beautiful, you can see the view of the city both in the day and at night. You can also access the many malls just below the hotel at the Tennoji station. Superb location to base in. The beds are also comfortable. This is my second time staying in this hotel.

Being a 5 star hotel, the TV channels do not have international channels or YouTube or netflix. The breakfast was also disappointing, especially the Japanese section, spread was underwhelming, no sashimi, sushi erc. And omelette was bland.

- The reception staff where very serious and they dont smile at all and the communication is English was not very good it can be improved. - i asked for baby crib since i am traveling with two infants (less than 2 years old) and they refused to give it to me since they are above one year old alternately they provide me with unsafe piece of metal on the edge of the bed and they called it a bed guard. Its only around 20 cm high from the mattress and my kids where climbing it and falling down, the crib would be much safer and harder to climb

The location of the hotel is right above the Tennoji underground station which is extremely convenient when it comes to exploring Osaka City. There are plenty of food and shopping options around the area to explore.

Given its central location, the fact that there is an observation deck at the top of the building, and that the hotel hosts various corporate events, it may seem a little too "busy" or "crowded" for some.

The view from our room was breathtaking. It was thrilling to open the curtains each morning. The breakfast buffet was a delight, especially for a family with small children; something for everyone. (The freshly baked croissants were irresistable.) The central location near the Tennoji Zoo and Playville was very helpful for the young children in our family.

The openness of the bathroom was a bit challenging for a shared room (parent, children, and grandparents.)

Convenient location to shopping, food and JR station.

Stunning view from the window on 55 floor worth all the hours of light to Japan. Very good location, convenient if you are travelling around Osaka. Great food on the breakfast and nice bar to sit and relax in the evening, not mentioning lounge where you can try good food or desert with a stunning view. All personnel is very welcoming and ready to sort any of your problems. Thank you so much for all your efforts, I had a great time and will definitely come back again.

1. LOCATION! Right above a reputable mall and minutes away from most train lines. 2. Staff is superb, exceptionally helpful, from the concierge, front desk to bell service. They helped us deliver our luggage to our Tokyo hotel, so stress free! 3. Special mention to Trainee Miku, she's gone all out to help us get our reservations done for our next leg in Tokyo, which was canceled unexpectedly. Arigato gozaimasu Miku! In all, we can't think of a better hotel to be in Osaka. Being in a mature and less chaotic area, but with a short ride of train to anywhere in the city. Being above a major mall is the cream on top. Staff here are the gems of the hotel!

1. Room a little small and no connecting rooms available 2. Breakfast is good but spread can be improved, at least have rotating variety for a small section. We stayed 12 nights and by the 2nd week, we got so tired of the selections.

convenient location. JR and Kintetsu are at the B1 floor of the building so can go to Kyoto , Nara , Kobe in an hour. Excellent view of Osaka in the room and several malls such as Mio and Q's are nearby. You can find lots of restaurant around.

Since we stay for 10 days , it will be more convenient if there's a laundry room in the hotel. We need to walk around 10 mins to the nearest laundry shop. The quality of the restaurant cooka is a bit disappointed. The hotel room is lack of hanging hooks and string for guests to dry the clothes.
