The room is nice and clean, the hotel has a Very good position, close to the beach and other important turistic points; If we ever come back, we would be back at this hotel

They did not change the bedsheets not even once in our 7 days stay, and also they changed the towels only when we specially asked them for that. The bathroom door was a little bit problematic, It did not close until you push It, so anytime we closed the door at the bathroom, our neighbour kept knocking in our wall and screaming bad words in French😅not Very nice.

Very nice room with enough space for luggage and with a good infrastructure, like a small fridge with reasonably priced soda beverages. Nice patio, very functional and nicely decorated shower. Private parking behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. About a ten minute walk to Cannes city center and la croisette beach. Bus stop not even 1 min away.

Our air condition made some noise, independently of the setting. As the building is not new, you can hear other guests - but that did not bother us as it’s not home after all ;-)

We really loved Hotel Albert. It's located in a cute building with a charming little garden where one can get a breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The parking next to the hotel was very convenient. I thought the location was great, very close to the beach and the city center of Cannes.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are quite steep, especially if your room is located on the 2nd floor. We were travelling with a small child so that wasn't so convenient. The breakfast was ok but could be a bit better.

The manager at the reception is very helpful and welcoming. I felt almost as at home. e The location is good, 20-25 min by walk to city center, but to come back you have to climb the stairs a little. Hotel is situated in quiet residential area. Room was small but equipped with everything needed. Good breakfast by French standards.

It's not a fault, it's just a comment about the parking. If you are late and another guests are taken the large parking places it will be difficult to park the car, if it's a large one. The public parking is in 5-7 min walking distance.

I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be a good stay. One of the standout features of this place is the private parking. Eliminating worries about finding a spot or potential safety concerns. The room itself was spacious, providing ample room to move around and relax. It clean, giving off a welcoming vibe from the get-go. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the excellent air conditioning system kept the room at a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. Even during the hottest part of the day, I was able to retreat to cool and comfortable.The bathroom was a true highlight – it was very spacious.

Super thin walls. The soud traveled easily from both outside and adjacent rooms. Conversations, footsteps, and even minor noises were audible with unsettling clarity. If you're a light sleeper or value your privacy, this could potentially be a major issue. Another drawback was the ground floor location of the room, which was at eye level with the street. This lack of privacy was unexpected and made me feel a bit exposed, especially during the daytime. It also meant that I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which limited the natural light and made the room feel a bit confined.

The building was beautiful and so was the decor inside. The whole place was immaculate. The room was modern and had some lovely touches. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. I tore my calf muscle during my stay and every member of staff were so kind and attentive. They really went above and beyond, exceptional service 👏

My room was near reception and the entrance so there was some activity noise but not a problem at all.

This is just amazing place to stay: clean and very quiet. We stayed in the 11 room on the first floor and enjoyed a really spacious bathroom. The self check-in is easy, we had all the instructions. 10 minutes walk from the center and there is a parking too. And it is pet-friendly!

We didn’t understand whether we had a free bottle of water or not (there are tea and coffee bags and a kettle) so we decided not to use it.

Super cute clean well designed cosy hotel in a quiet area of Cannes. At the corner violet fliers are welcoming you when you arrive. I had enough usb charging and good lightning as well as good opportunity to hang my clothes. Breakfast had always a croissant for me as well as fresh eggs.

I thought I booked a room with garden and sea view but could not really enjoy it due to the weather conditions.

Very clean hotel, nice modern furniture, excellent staff at the counter, the lady also spoke Spanish and Italian, very helpful. Center location.

For older people the hotel is very near the city center but on a small hill so walking might not be an option. Nevertheless, you got a bus from the city center that leaves you right there at the hotel.

Nice and clean rooms, well equipped. Beautiful bathroom. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful lady. A perfect service even when it rains and you need an umbrella. Personal approach with a smile!

Apart from the fact that the hotel is placed a little bit higher on the hill (which was actually good for our health with all we had eaten during our stay) there is nothing we did not appreciate.
