Location is GREAT! It''s right at the Portales with a great view of the wide open plaza with it's church and Kiosko with beutifully kept gardens. You're steps away lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner options and maybe 10 minute walk from the Church built ontop of the Great Pyramid of Cholula with it's own plaza and lot and lots of street shops and food. I use this hotel frequently when I'm in the state of Puebla for either business or pleasure. They offer free parking, but only between 8pm and 9am; after that it's a small fee, like 15 pesos per hour. Side Restaurant review: There is a restaurant called La Casa de Friday, off Hidalgo street that you must try if you're into well preserved authentic food with a clean and very tasty presentation. Hard to explain without getting hungry again lol. Try their Tacos de Camaron or Chalupas or Soups. In my opinion, it's one of the best kept secrets of Cholula. They close early like 6pm local time; it's perfect for Lunch.

Because I sometimes go for business, I rely on Wi-Fi to work and sometimes the room I'm given has weak signal. Unless it's a meeting, I solve this issue by hopping on any Cafe's or Restaurants right outside the Hotel. I've tried the Italian Coffee and Topolino and found these have good speeds. Again, all restaurants that offer free Wi-Fi are right outside the hotel.

Ground floor room, with lovely gardens that was quiet and cool. The pool was fantastic to simply lounge, and the location couldn't be better. Great value!

The location is very good, right in the city center.

The bathroom is small.

Despite being right on the main town square the room was really quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the pool / garden area is such a surprise in such a built up area. There is a great choice of places to eat around the square and things going on.

Although not bad the rooms werent quite as nice as I was expecting for the star rating of the hotel, there were a few maintenance jobs that needed doing. Also, although I liked the bed it was very firm so I think quite a few people might find this difficult
