I loved everything! The host is a great communicator. I traveled with my daughter and staying somewhere safe, central and charming were my priorities. This location is just upstairs from the Spanish steps and a taxi lot whites incredibly convenient. We paid about 10 euros to get to the Vatican museum. Apartment has everything and very secure. I will come back!

The location was exceptional. The Metro was very close by and there were many attractions within a short walk, such as the Spanish Steps and the Medici Villa. There were even more things to see within a twenty minute walk (the Borghese Gardens, the Capuchin Monastery, Triton Square and so on). There was a taxi stand literally right outside the front door.

It was noisy at night from the piazza. A gang of young people frequently hung around the lower exit door. We avoided that exit after the second time. Construction started across the way every morning at 7:00 a.m. Some fixtures in the suite were broken, like the heat lamp (?) in the bathroom. The place could use some fresh paint.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect with everything within walking distance. The apartment surpassed our expectations, looking even better than the photos provided. Jacob and Sandra were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any questions or requests we had. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

However, we encountered some challenges with the internet connection in the bed area. This is an aspect that could be improved for future guests.

The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, great coffee machine, we just bought the extra we needed from a supermarket nearby. The location is great, just by the Spanish Steps, but the apartment is quiet and cosy. Also, the hosts had made their reference guide to good restaurants and other things that was very helpful in wonderful Rome.

We liked it all, but some light bulbs where out and the shower was working but needed some maintenance.

Excellent location. Plentiful supply for breakfast including both savoury and sweet options! We had no need to purchase additional supplies for 4 days breakfast including water and milk! Jacopo went out of his way to supply extra tea when realising we were not coffee drinkers! Great communication from the host. Great directions given on how to reach apartment from Spagna Metro. Jacopo was readily available to answer questions and offer solutions. Any requests were handled promptly. Loved the old world charm of the spiral staircase leading to apartment. Bathroom well supplied with all toiletries including bathrobes.

Nothing really. Just be mindful that apartment is open plan though with adequate partitioning.

The location was perfect. very close to the metro and taxi station. Right next to the Pizza di Spagna. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The decoration is very classic, the environment is clean and comfortable. The location apartment is next to the attractions, but it was very quiet and we slept well. Jacopo was very kind and helpful. There were plenty of bottles of water for us in the apartment and for breakfast Jacopo prepared some bread and milk and candies for us. Thank you so much Jacopo! We're pretty sure we'll be in Rome again and come back to this lovely apartment.

Anything you need for your stay is there, bed was comfy washroom awesome ,the location was 10 out of 10 Very clean 👌 also water was in the fridge ,cheese and ham and some other snacks which it came handy, will definitely stay there again

Not that I didn't like we expected it from Italy but few stairs and no elevators for some its ok but when you have heavy luggage it's annoying, on arrival we got help so it wasn't that bad

Absolutely EXCELLENT property. Conveniently situated in an elegant part of Rome (above the Spanish Steps).....Classy but not imposing.....Clean and comfortable, one double bedroom apartment with small kitchen facilities.....Continental breakfast food/coffee etc provided.... Another one, Single Room of the same high standard is also available. Friendly, helpful staff.

Unfortunately the stairs may be a problem to some.....but OK for most persons.....

Rome in your heart was amazing. The apartment is so nice, it has everything you need and mostly, it's so comfortable and super clean. The kitchen has all you need, bathroom includes all amenities needed. The location is superb. Right in the Piazza de Spagna, and to stay here, really gives you the feeling that you are truly a Roman living in the eternal city. On the top of that, they give you suggestions of the best places within the area and other touristic areas, suggestions where to eat, where to drink coffee, where to shop. They also include suggestions to go to local places and feel/experience as a truly Roman.

The apartment's location is great - it is within walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions of Rome. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Provided food items and mid-stay cleaning service are a nice bonus :)
