We had a fantastic stay in a great location . From the minute we entered the hotel, the reception staff were grate ready with a bit of banter after a long flight gave a warm welcome. The hotel is spotless, and the cleaners work very hard all day to keep it that way . We went as a couple, but there was plenty for kids to do . The hotel is located halfway up a hill. When you come out, you can go left, and it's a small stroll to the harbour / beach where there's jet skis, ferries, paddle boats, etc . There are also restaurants and pubs . If you go right from the hotel it's a walk down the hill to the shopping centre where all the pubs , restaurants, shops, angry bird park and mini golf etc is located . We just jumped in a taxi back up the hill when we were too lazy to walk in the heat 🥵 for €4 it's well worth it . The balcony had the sun all day, so it was lovely just to chill out on it in the afternoon . We had a kettle, iron ,pots ,pans , coffee maker , and microwave in the room . The safe is also free. You just give €20 deposit . They had two happy hours at the bar pool with two for one drinks and some deals on pizza 🍕 etc . Overall, we had a lovely break and will return again .

All staff were lovely, the hotel was clean, cleaners were around most days(except Sundays) we had 2 separate bookings as we had extended our stay and i had requested we keep same rooms, which was done no issues! 10 min walk from beaches or main area with 100s shops/bars/restaurants. i wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues but taxis are available,especially if you don't fancy the steep walk back at night less than €5. Happy hour twice a day which was good to see!

The gate at pool was closed off, which meant guests have to walk 5/10 mins down the road its ok going down but steep enough hill on way back, don't really see why the gate is not accessible, can understand at nightime maybe as you have to walk by the pool, but during day it should be accessible

The apartment was very clean and all the necessary things were provided. The breakfast was ok with the same menu every day. The egg recipes and pancakes were amazing and kids also enjoyed it. Close the shopping areas like Mogan mall etc which gives a lot of options for other meals.

Parking can be a challenge but with some luck you can always find public parking close by. However, my rented car was scratched by someone when parked in the public parking space.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day, sponges, washing up liquid and new towels daily. The pool was beautiful and no fighting for sunbeds. Overall the experience was brilliant, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Good hotel with clean rooms and a lovely pool and bar area. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants and close enough to walk to the beach. The staff were accommodating and we would like to say a special thank you to the pool attendant David who was very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel - great value for money. Room was clean and spacious, big balcony! Nice pool area with lots of sun beds. Bonus that the room had aircon also (no additional charge), the aircon was very good. You can rent an iron for 10 euro from reception, 10 euro is returned once you return the iron. Definitely recommend this hotel

Everything was good, Very polite staff. Free DETOX WATER at the reception was very refreshing in a sunny day.

No big complaint. Only: If you take the bus and arrive to the Puerto Rico bus station, the walking distance to the hotel is very steep and with a heavy luggage it could be quite challenging especially in a hot sunny day

Great location to walk to Marina or commercial centre approx 10 mins either way . Staff were always polite & friendly . Large pool room for all to enjoy .Rooms cleaned daily ,towels etc changed. Happy hour 3 times a day so very good value . Complementary bottle of water on arrival in fridge .

Would have liked a hairdryer in room otherwise everything else was perfect

I liked the layout and the location. It faced into town with just a reasonable view of the sea. It was up a slight incline but compared with most of Puerto Rico it was easy to get to. Lovely rooms sliding doors onto the ample balcony from the bedroom and the sitting room. All the fittings worked and we're well finished.

Parking was a bit difficult, would be almost impossible near the hotel when it's busy.
