Lovely, clean, comfy and right on the beach! We stayed in the Cabana’s, they are small but had everything we needed really! The pool is gorgeous and right by the sea, the location isn’t amazing as it’s a bit far out from anything really, about a 10 minute drive to main Rawaii beach, however that meant it was very quiet and peaceful. There was a Big C just outside should you need anything also.

Food, drink and laundry was very expensive, if you’re looking to do your laundry, there’s a laundrettes across the road from the Big C I recommend using instead!

The rooms were just like the photos. Spacious, comfy bed, strong shower, and a nice balcony with a view. Cleaner was lovely.

Microwave instead of an oven would be a better idea. Sofas are not very comfy. Never saw the staff smile, but they were helpful.

Amazing value for money! The pool is as fantastic to chill out! The staff were very friendly! Will definitely be back next year.

It’s a little far out from everything, however renting a motorbike through the hotel made all of the difference.

Amazing property, right on the beach. But great pool, restaurant, bar, and gym. Let me have unlimited coffee with my included breakfast (which was also a delicious buffet that changes a few items every day!) rented a scooter right from the property so that was convenient. Never seen a place that combines, hostel dorm rooms, with suites, and residences. Great idea and worth the extra few bucks to be in the dorms at this resort instead of a regular hostel. And lastly GORGEOUS views all day long.

Not many loungers by the pool so you have to get there early. Gym is minimal so busy but it did the job! Yoga classes and most other activities are not included, but you can use the yoga space for free anytime when it’s not occupied by a class. Beach is not “swimmable” necessarily but makes up for it with the great pool.

Constant music all day from early morning.

Everything was amazing except just some few things.

Beds are terrible noisy (no joke) so don’t expect to have a good night sleep if you stay in a dorm. Coworking place is more a common area with kitchen, not worth to pay extra to be there (2 hours are included). Bit expensive at the pool area aye and no allowance to bring outside food or drinks. A coconut cost 200 bath, but 30 down the street.

Beautiful pool area and dining area/bar. Excellent facilities for the dorms, especially the “Selena Home”, super clean and comfortable, private beds with curtains. Also, lots of activities and classes to join in on.

The location isn’t the best, but fine if you plan to spend most time on the property. There were lots of screaming kids all day at the pool when I was there, and though it’s no one’s fault, it made it hard to enjoy.

The over all ambiance of the resort was relaxing and chilled. The pool facing the waterfront is beautiful. The whole area is well-kept!

Hotel guests were smoking marijuana anywhere, eventhough there were families around.

The pool area and view were both stunning and the group activities encouraged a very sociable environment. The staff were always very friendly and helpful as possible. The convenience store across the road is very handy and there's a local Thai resteraunt that I visited several times during my stay.

The quality of the food for the price was not good. Some if it was tasty enough but the quality of chicken, flavour but texture especially, was disgusting. Clearly cheap meat but charged at a premium. The bar and wait staff were always lovely, friendly and hardworking but service could be slow at times, through no fault of their own, due to them simply not having enough people serving. Even one more member of staff making drinks could have made a big difference. A large part of the budget seems to have been well spent on the facilities but corners are cut elsewhere. it becomes more apparent the longer you stay.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and very diverse in selection and has plenty of options for vegan/vegetarian dietary needs. The facility grounds are well-kept, clean and safe. The Whatsapp group and community events are the best part of Selina because they offer a selection of creative, fitness and musical events. The gym staying open 24/7 is clutch for any who are into personal fitness. There's a private co-sharing space that you can pay for an additional fee and they have a community lounge and cinema that is accessible from 7am-10pm daily. The staff are very accomodating and will help to assist you with any needs or concerns you have in a professional manner. Staff who stood out and had excellent customer service are Nina (Reception), Dong (Reception), Pao (Restaurant), Mek (Restaurant), Miss O (Restaurant), Mod (Reception). I would definitely stay there again and plan on staying at some of Selina's other resort facilities in South and Central America.

Having the community lounge open past 10pm for those who are not staying in the condo area. Also consider having one happy hour free drink daily for customers that pushes them to purchase more drinks at the bar. Also consider having a happy hour deal on meals too and not just the bar so customers can have half-off appetizers or certain dishes.
