On the coast of the mediterranean sea sits a true gem of a hotel. I was not sure what to expect   when I went there but what I found was a hotel I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. From the moment we walked in we received a warm welcome from the receptions and welcome team. And this positive impression was reinforced when we went up to our lovely spotless room and relaxed in a nice bath after a long flight. The food in the hotel is exceptional and it is obvious that the chefs and hospitality staff put a lot of effort into making everything special. I was not expecting the quality of the food or the quality of the presentation and vast array of choices.  There was everything from delicious rows of salad options for the health conscious to tasty comfort food to light snacks including the best pizza I have ever eaten including restaurants in Italy. And don’t get me started on the vast array of deserts. They were so beautiful and tasty they would not have looked out of place in a Willy Wonka movie. And there is a lovely patisserie that serves some of the amazing coffees and pastries you will ever eat. Just behind the Bar that is open 24 hours a day and had some of the best cocktails I have ever known and the skill of staff would make Tom cruise in cocktail look like a rank amateur. The entertainment in the evening and during the day was varied and of high quality, And the location was perfect to see all the best that Antalya has to offer, from a relaxing walk down the seafront to  trips to the various attractions like the cable car. We used public transport and it was very easy as just tapping the currency card was around 18 Turkish lira per journey so it was really cheap to get around but there are loads of taxi around if you prefer. Also check out the spa on the -1 level. It is beside the indoor swimming pool and spa and steam rooms downstairs.  The staff are lovely and very professional and the spa itself is very private and relaxing.

To sum up, it is a lovely place to visit. The only down side for me was I had to leave as I enjoyed it so much.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks menu had abundant good choices.

I was worried about the plastic use at the hotel. All drinking water was provided in plastic bottles and some desserts in plastic cups. Even though they might be collected for recycling, I do not think that this is the best solution and given that the hotel has a eco-friendly label, I believe they can do more about the plastic consumption at the hotel.

Food, how clean it was, beachfront. Hospitality, staff were fantastic, safety of everyone was exceptional. They closed the pool for one hour to clean broken class that someone accidently broke by the pool. We Travelled as 8 people with two under 5 year olds. They had great time with kids club and activities for them such as face painting. Sadaf in guest relations was amazing on check out day she extending our stay for two more hours then standard check iut time before we went to airport so we could leave our luggage for ease with children in our room at no cost for us. Great service! Will be coming back!

Should have more pools or slides for younger kids/toddlers

Summary: good location, food, and atmosphere. It was a good location but know that the beach is about a 10 min walk away or there is a short shuttle every 20 minutes. Highly recommend water shoes which you can buy at local stores if needed because there is a bit of a hill of pebbles to get into the water at the beach. There is also a bar and food at the beach but smaller menu. The hotel inside is better than the photos. Beautiful boho style and lots of greenery. Lots of space to relax. The food is pretty good too with a lot of options. There are some vegan/ vegetarian options as well which was nice. Bar had plenty of quality options. Beautiful promenade to walk after dinner The gym is not as described in the photo. It is smaller. You can make it work for a few days but getting leg day in was hard. Most of the equipment was for upper body. I liked the sauna. Spa is a bit pricey. I was traveling with my two elderly parents and they enjoyed it as well.

It would be better if the grounds were cleaned more frequently. Lots of used glasses from the bar just laying around. They need to hire someone to pick up after people or put around more trash cans/ places for people to drop off drink cups or plates.

The staff at the Megasaray are the strength of this hotel. Not only is the hotel 50 feet from the beach, but it is the centre of the West beach and all the resort-type places along the med front. The staff were terrific. We were travelling with a toddler, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. From Dilyara and the sports team getting the pulse up in pool aerobics to the excellent service from Anil in the Megafood restaurant (he remembered our names and our order to give us first-class service!) Hakan made sure a couple of issues with our booking were resolved before our arrival, and the girls in the young people area always played the best games with our youngest to ensure she was occupied and happy.

We travelled with a 2yo. There was no place that one might consider a "quiet" place, and sometimes she was a little bit overwhelmed by all the sounds, music, and lights. The hotel might consider a quiet area indoors that is not a guest room that allows those some quiet spaces to reflect and calm down away from all the racket and festivities commonly associated with family hotels.

Everything is well cleaned, enough space for all guests at the beach and in the bar/restaurant. Good air conditioning in the room. Amazing entertainment staff, as well as spa staff and facilities, also bartenders and waiters were great. A lot of different activities every day for adults and kids, great show programs in the evening. Good location, not very far from the airport/city. Good quality/price ratio.

Bad soundproofing in the hotel rooms. The room looks a little worn out in some places. Not enough places to sit in the evening to watch evening shows.

Their friendly and helpful demeanor went a long way in making us feel valued and taken care of throughout our stay. 5. **Outstanding Staff in Key Areas:** The true gems of our stay were the entertainment team, as well as the bar and restaurant staff. Their exceptional service and warm interactions made our time at the hotel more memorable. 6. **Invigorating Spa Services:** The spa services provided at Megasaray Antalya were a highlight. The rejuvenating experiences offered an escape from the daily grind and added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. In conclusion, our stay at Megasaray Antalya was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel possesses great potential with its wonderful location, variety of food options, and engaging entertainment, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in terms of room amenities and the attitude of certain staff members. We hope that the management takes these concerns to heart and works towards creating a consistently exceptional experience for all guests.

1. **Unwelcoming Front Desk:** Our check-in experience was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the front desk staff. A warm welcome and a willingness to assist guests would have certainly set a more positive tone for our stay. 2. **Room and Washroom Amenities Need Upgrade:** As a 5-star establishment, we expected top-notch room amenities, but we were disappointed. The air conditioner in our room struggled to cool adequately, particularly during the night, which led to some uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the bidet in the toilet was not functioning properly, resulting in a waterlogged bathroom floor—a situation that should not have occurred in a hotel of this caliber.

Breakfast was great, with many to choose from, all fresh and delicious, even my 7 years old kid was always happy cause she found something she like, between the Breakfast lunch and dinner you couldn't stay hungry thanks to available snacks, pasta, burgers, ice-cream and many more, the friendly staff was always at your service, making the stay pleasant and welcoming, we was very happy that we choose this hotel for our first holiday in Antalya!

Wish we could stay at least 10 days

This hotel is truly one of a kind. If you’re a foodie, this is your place! I’ve never seen such a wide variety of delicious food options at every meal. The cocktails are amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Some notable mentions: Suleiman from the spa, Yusuf and Koray from the bars, Aryana from the entertainment crew. The rooms look better in person than in the photos, and the beds are huge and comfortable.

Nothing, I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are comfortable and food plentiful. You won’t go hungry. There is lovely pool and a warm water beach a short stroll away with a pool bar and snacks. The staff are helpful. I would recommend the hotel airport transfer. It was efficient and competitively priced. Konyaalti is a lovely area with a well maintained promenade in front of the hotel for your morning run or walk.

The rooms are a little tired. However any renewal will result in higher prices. So enjoy the value for money as is.
