Breakfast was fine, accommodation clean, with one exception nothing to complain about.

Smell from the bathroom drain when the air conditioning is turned off. If you leave the air conditioning on you don't smell it.

We weren't informed in advance that there will be a wedding during our stay and the restaurant and wellness area (including gym) will be closed. The day before the wedding, there was a heavy rain which flooded the court yard which was by the building where the gym was. So we weren't allowed to go to the gym at that time. One of the reason we chose this place was the ocean view gym but we never had a chance to go there. One other disappointed thing was the view from the room. We selected the "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony ". When seeing the photos of the room with balcony, we never thought that the room will be facing the car parking. We didn't even use the balcony as the view was the car parking.

The setting was beautiful with stunning views. The complex was well designed with lots of different areas you could sit and relax. Although one of the beaches was closed due to bad weather before we arrived the other beach was lovely. The pool area was very nice too. We also used the tennis court which was fun. The breakfast was delicious and we had some excellent evening meals. The staff were all excellent - helpful and friendly - especially Giovanni in the bar and Antonio the wine waiter.

The bed was too firm.

The hotel Is beautiful, the highlights of this place are: The views The beach The breakfast The room was beautiful You can borrow padle board or kayak without extra cost/ We were lucky to arrived on a Tuesday and they have a puglia night that was incredible! With all The traditional dishes from puglia and live music! It was one of the highlights of our trip! It was expensive (€60 per person) but absolutely worth it as is unlimited anf quality food.

I didnt like that they gave us a room for people with disability when we didnt need it, it will be better to give this option to the clients that required it.

Awesome beach, some very friendly staffs (especially want to call out the cleaner in 2nd floor of Villa Oleandro, Davida and two friendly ladies in the restaurant). There was a buffet night with live music and dance. Very lively and we all enjoyed very much.

The communication between the reception and restaurant should be improved. We made all dinner reservations thru reception during check-in. Two days in a row, the restaurant manager couldn’t find our reservation. We especially went to reception to request again. The other day dinner same thing happened. It was quite frustrated. The variety of the menu needs to improve. Not too much choices as there is only one restaurant in the resort. The quality of food went up and down from day to day. Pillows are too rigid and not comfortable. Four of them are same size and height.

Location near the best beach in puglia area, with access to the beach by elevator was literally a dream. The hotel even if it was fully booked was not feeling crowded! The Puglia evening thematic night was a highlight of our trip, we had so much fun there. The breakfast has everything we could wish for, quality and high standards. Dinner were also tasty and not overpriced I can say! Rooms well equipped with amenities and everything you need.

No complaints at all! Please keep it like this and we are going to be back for sure

The beach is even more breathtaking in-person than I expected from photos. The grounds of the property are immaculate and feels like a dream. Definitely a place to visit at least once in your lifetime. Staff very friendly.

The beds are a little hard but this is personal preference. The restaurant changes its menu everyday so hit-and-miss (although hotel restaurants are generally like this).

Beautiful facilities with lovely beaches and beach bar on north beach was excellent (food and scenery). All meals had plenty of choice and were tasty.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit’s bright light illuminated the room making it harder to sleep. Also, we requested terrace seating for dinner and it was never available even though the request was made at 8 am for that evening.

It's a little slice of Italian paradise, far away from reality. The hotel is impeccably organised, very good breakfast, breathtaking views and elevator on an incredibly beautiful, faraglioni bordered beach thriving with fishes and clear waters.

I liked everything! Maybe the hotel could step up if it had more facilities. A gym overlooking the bay, or a spa with masseurs. The dinner at the restaurant was good, but with that quality of ingredients could have been even better.

The private beach (to which a lift takes you down) is very close to the rooms. The room was very new and modern. while the bathroom was very nice and big.

The only restaurant at the place was expensive with small portations and small menu.
