We arrived some time prior to official check in, but the room was ready and the receptionist let us move in early for free. The staff is very friendly. Room temperature was great even upon entering the room for the first time. Ventilation was very clean. AC worked great. The breakfast was modest but personnel was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet in the room. If the blinds are closed, it's pitch dark inside the room. There are lots of parking spaces.

There is no functional internet connection. Room service was coming to our room too early, even one hour prior to our check out. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

Easy to find, just off main road. A lovely warm welcome by the reception staff. My room was on the first floor and was clean, warm and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and plenty of good quality towels. There was a good selection of channels on the TV. Automated blinds meant that the room was very dark and sound insulation was good.

I paid extra for breakfast €13. There wasn't a great selection. I'd read on another review that you could boil your own egg but the water wasn't hot enough.... it wasn't! I left my egg in 7 minutes and it was still inedible and barely cooked. Nice idea that just didn't work. The rest of the breakfast was good quality but without a hot element, seemed poor value for money.

Bed comfy, shower was warm and location was perfect, very easy to get from the car to the room, and staff were friendly and spoke english. Thank you!

only small things, for example the curtain didnt fully close the window, and at night time i was worried people could see into my room. Also lots of flies around the front door, but really not a big problem

Rooms split over 3 floors. Access via out side staircase...no problem... someone with restricted mobility ground floor rooms would be a better option when booking..

The room was a good size with tea and coffee making facility which is quite rare in French hotels. The linen and towels were a very good quality. There was a lot of choice at the buffet breakfast and the food was presented well.

Our room backed onto a refrigerated food companies yard and although when the windows and doors were closed you could still here the fridges on the trucks

Lovely hotel/motel, very comfortable room and beds - lovely shower. The staff we super friendly and polite. Definitely a nice place to stay in Rochefort - or if near La Rochelle

Location. Hotel was located next to a freezer truck depot which was very noisy during the whole night.
