Good location and free parking. Great check in experience with friendly staff. Large room with comfy bed. Very clean hotel. Great breakfast with good selection of choices available.

The first room issued had a strong unpleasant smell, but we were moved swiftly and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are both dark. The bathtub was stained and drained very slowly. The gym equipment was out of order. A small amount of maintenance and brighter bulbs would improve the bathroom experience. The pool looked a little murky but it could be the floor of the pool is dirty, we decided against using it. The lift emergency communication failure was flashing during the whole stay. Additionally there was a strong smell of burning by the lifts.

Very nice room, breakfast very good. Location is excellent.

Well the bed was quite hard, did not like the mattress. Also it would be better if the lights in the bathroom gave more light, it was a little too dark in there, especially hard for the wife to put on her makeup.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was warm and tasty along with the dining room being very clean. There was a good selection of food. All of the employees we encountered were very nice. There is a nice Route 66 Museum in Elk City. There were 3 of us staying in the room.

The bath tun was too slippery, it had a huge stain across the bottom of the tub. The lighted mirror didn't work. Breakfast had no gluten free bread or cereal options and no alternatives to cows milk, like oat milk etc. I am gluten and cows milk sensitive.

Really good breakfast. Nice big room with desk and two chairs. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Convenient easy off and easy on location to highway. Very reasonably priced.

It is listed as pet friendly but doesn't accept pets anymore.

The air conditioning was working and was very adequate even in these days over 100 degrees! Everything in the room worked correctly. The breakfasts were good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machine worked correctly!

More tables are needed in the breakfast area, and the tables need to be cleaned much more often. I prefer to have a chair and ottoman in my room as I have on a previous stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Nice location, off the beaten path but easy to get to. Various retail locations and food options close by.

The location was great. I was driving a big truck and there was a nice big area for truck parking. The area around the hotel was neat, clean and well groomed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel had enough large carts to move luggage. The shower head in the bathroom was fabulous. I had a nice hot shower. The room and halls were immaculate.

Need USB Ports. This room didn’t have any. The unit in Sparta Illinois-where I was the night before-did have multiple ports.

Very welcoming check-in, clean spacious comfortable room, easy parking. Quiet location snd room ensured a good night's sleep. Good breakfast selection of hot tasty food.
