The rooms were very spacious and so was the whole flat. The 6 people that were staying in it were extra comfortable. It can even fit more without feeling overly tight. Everything was super clean. The view was phenomenal overlooking the marina and Lusail. The staff were very friendly and always gave us whatever we called and asked for.

I didn't like that on a few mornings we had to call housekeeping to clean the room and they don't just automatically come at x hours. But that's the only negative point I have to say about the whole stay.

The staff were professional, and the room was comfortable, with all the necessary facilities available for a family. Despite the initial issue with the connecting room, the overall experience with the accommodation and services was positive. I check in earlier the best hotel staff I have deal with very professional and very safe property for family near to the restaurant, coffee and marina area

I don't know that their are no connecting room if I know I would request an apartment with two rooms instead of two rooms

The location was excellent. The property felt like our 2nd home. I would like to mention about Mr. Akhil Mathew~the reservations Supervisor who went extra miles to accommodate us one extra night while the property was over booked. It was a quick plan to extend the stay as we were super impressed with the property. But due to the holiday season it was overbooked and couldn't find a way to extend. Mr. Akhil came to the rescue and assured us with the extension with ease. He is definitely an asset to the organization who clearly understands about "EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE" ., Kudos to him and the management of SEDRA Arjaan

We were so impressed with the location, facilities and cleanliness of this apartment. The staff were so welcoming, efficient and kind. It felt like we were in a hotel. The apartment was huge and had the most amazing view over looking the Pearl.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the entire hotel, including the parking area, which was spacious and well-maintained. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and their genuine friendliness added a special touch to my stay. While I didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant, spa, or pool during this visit, the overall quality of my stay assures me that these amenities would have been excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

I absolutely loved the view from our location, you could see all of the pearl lighted up. When I first saw the view from our balcony, I just felt so amazed.. It was beautiful. Hotel staff were very polite. It was a nice and spacious accomodation. Whatever we required, hotel staff provided us straight away. Supermarket is very close. It was an excellent experience. Thankyou.

There was nothing not to like.

Me & my family spent one night so we haven’t got a real chance to know everything however the apartment is so spacious and well designed. It’s equipped with everything you need to make it like home. The location is fantastic and surrounded with variety of restaurants that offer a taste from every country around the world. The staff are so delightful and i would like to thank Pamela at the help desk for her extraordinary effort to speed up my check in process.

Bathroom doors bit old and absorb humidity which made it lil bit difficult to close. One of the bed sheets seems not cleaned properly. The poor design of the shower can make the bathroom messy if the user wasn’t careful with it. But, overall those can be fixed and not a deal breaker.

The location is top, free parking, great and helpful staff. Clean and spacious apartment. Was worth every penny. It’s not overpriced. I really did enjoy the stay and can only recommend it in case you don’t want to spent your money on “fancy” accommodations but use it to explore this great city

The location was very convienent for everywhere I wanted to go. The staff were professional and friendly. The apartment was very clean and I loved having the balcony to enjoy sunset dinner and sunrise breakfast.

The only minus is that the one bedroom did not have a bathtub; which is standard at most hotels and I assumed would be the case for a 1 bedroom apartment. There were not enough outlets. If I stay here again, I'll have to bring a outlet strip so I don't have to either search for one near me or unplug something.

Excellent location, great facilities, fantastic staff, particularly housekeeping who went above and beyond to accommodate us and keep the property impeccably clean. Our children loved the pool area, it was clean, safe, well shaded and not too busy.

No improvements necessary. We would happily come back for the same standard of service
