The location is a bit far for elderly but alright for young people. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful Room service are prompt and patient.

A stool to sit on at the shower room would help elder to relax while taking shower. Twin rooms are a bit embarrsing when resided by different guests/family. The sound pass through the doors and could hear conversations and other actions.

The staff (reception, breakfast hall and housekeeping) are all very customer oriented, very polite and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Location was great, close to pavillon and Bukit Bintang, and yet quiet.

For long stays - breakfast lacks variety and menu mostly the same daily. Some of the items in the daily menu were not fresh (stale bread and pastries) The hotel can review and update their breakfast options to cater to the preferences and needs of long-term guests.

The room is big, the location is nice near the city center and the malls, the staff are good.

The breakfast look like lunch it should be more choices like cheese, cream, olive, youghurt etc..

Over all, it was good but the below could use some improvements: -The hotel lobby was too dark, could use more lighting. -Breakfast was very bad, coffee machine always breakdown. -Some of the breakfast foods were spoiled, namely the fruits and salads. The salad were brown and slimy while fruits were slimy/mushy. This happened daily so no coincident that they didnt know. .

Overall, a great hotel with a convenient location close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent, but the washroom could use some improvement. We had an evening flight, and they kindly offered us a complimentary late checkout, which was much appreciated. Also, water is available in the breakfast area and can be refilled anytime—a nice touch!

The washroom had Dove products, which was a nice touch, but the toilet seat wasn’t fixed and kept moving, which was inconvenient. The bathing area could also use some improvement.

The staff was friendly, very ready to help, the location is so good, is walking distance to pavilion, lot 10, the hop and hop off bus, and many places to eat around. We stay for few nights and then traveled to Singapore, coming back to KL we had another night booked here, so we were able to leave most of our stuff at the hotel while we travelled to Singapore without paying for it, that was really nice. They have a place to do self laundry at affordable price. Our last night we did our laundry, it was nice to come back home with clean clothes.

I read so many reviews about breakfast, personally I liked it, but indeed they don't have so many options for western food. I didn't like much their beds.

Superb location, goodviews as I was given an upgrade with higher floor and full view of sunrise and towers. Good location. Close accessible to Jalan Raja Mono rail which takens to KL Central. Family Mart and McDonald was nearby. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alore. We were given an upgrade which thanks to the prompt reception staff. Good bathroom, compact shower. Comfortable beds and fresh bedsheets. Ample furniture to keep bags and work around. In short it was value for money.

Bathroom has no bolts from inside. The Menu of Breakfast Menu for the 3 days I stayed was the same. Live egg counter was missing but on the basis of request they were serving. The hotel shares other business offices too which was confusing while accessing lifts. Taking luggage on our own to floor was bit strange while check-in, check-out.

I have stayed at HIExpress KL around 6 times. It's great because it's central to everything I love, the hotel has a quiet side which I requested and get, water pressure in shower is great. Room is super clean, staff are friendly, WiFi works, gave storage area and parking if I need. Trolley for bags are available if I need it. I am happy. Breakfast is also good as it has the Malaysian cuisine which I love like the Nasi Lemak.

I would like raw sugar in the room if possible rather than white sugar. Instead of 2 small bottles of complementary water lets cut plastic and give one big one instead. Or better install a water fountain at each level for everyone to fill in their own water bottle ... let's promote local tea such as Boh Tea. I love this hotel ...the above are not complaints ..they are merely some suggestions
