The villas are lovely - they make good use of the Bali climate while also providing indoor comfort and outdoor options, with lots of privacy. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff are warm, friendly and made our stay very easy - a special shout out to Cindy, Dewi and Risma. We would happily stay here again.

The villas are somewhat away from the Main Street of Canggu, which meant it was quieter (which was good). Just be aware that Canggu is not easy walking distance in the heat, and the traffic is busy. We rented a Vespa which meant we could easily get around!

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. From the time we arrived till checkout the stay has been an amazing and memorable one. Brought our two kids and they had a blast. The villa was clean, and well maintained. Took the two bedroom and it was huge! The e-butler was very helpful. The staff answered all our query promptly. In fact all our needs were answered and attended straightaway. My son and I had food poisoning on the 3rd day and we have to thank Cindy and her colleague for being super attentive and caring. Not only she understands the situation, she used her situational awareness to assess what and when is the best time to assist and checked on us. Knowing that we declined breakfast, she offered to heat up our meals and even offered to bring porridge instead for us. She also offered to extend our checkout time knowing we are still recovering and we have kids too. We are grateful and thankful for the warm hospitality. The team has been understanding and caring throughout our stay. Will definitely make a return to the villa!

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the villa. I chose to pay upon checking in , however I was asked to make full payment prior to the stay. After the full payment my status on booking.com was still pending. I was asked to make payment by certain date and if I fail to do so, the reservation will be cancelled. I was so confused and the finance department of the villa took a while to confirm my payment . That makes me even more confused of my status.

Great location & privacy.

Started off well a beautiful arrival and dinner after a rather stressful start to Bali holiday, staff waited around a lot for tips. Asked to pay more money for cleaning due to getting bitten by bugs during the night at facility and some blood on the sheets, towels not replaced each day, had to ask staff to remove dirty dishes from outside villa which sat there for 2 days and benches not washed down each day, had to ask for soap to be topped up twice. Paid a lot to stay there and used facilities and food/ massages on site. Then when got a text to say thanks called me by the wrong name.

Breakfast options were very good, staff are very punctual to provide breakfast on time, however needs to be much more hotter when it arrives the room, location was super, team are very friendly and helpful and they ensure we r having a happy stay, whatever we request they are available to respond or provide on the spot, sure will be a place to check-in again

Pool just need to be cleaned from leaves, and food should be served hot, other than that, everything is perfect

I don't have any complaints about this property. Wonderful. When we arrived, the welcome given to us so traditionally. Dewi, Risma, Cindy were in the reception. They explained very clearly about the details. They all really guided us well in planning our program for the next two days. The arrangement of taxi when in need was provided. Regarding the property, no complaints at all. Such a beautiful place, they maintained very well. Everyday they sprayed mosquito repellent and we never had any issues in this regard. Swimming pool was well maintained. Regarding the food, it's wonderful. The taste and the ambience was sooo so good. The whole team were so traditionally maintained and if we come next time, for sure we will come to this property again. We will inform all our friends too

Such a beautiful and clean villa, I believe this is a rather new area. The food was just incredible. Highly recommend the waffles!! The staff were so helpful and easy to communicate with. You can communicate very easily via WhatsApp, or use the phones in the room or simply pop into the lobby. They also are able to provide in house spa treatments which was so handy as we were traveling with our baby it made it much easier to have someone come to us. Mini mart literally a 1-2 mins walk, a spa, a sushi place and a cute little cafe just around the corner. Perfect little get away for a couple or a family travelling with a baby. It’s a nice little quiet area.

Nil issues

It’s enormous space, excellent amenities, very welcoming and hospitable host. There was a wide variety of choices in terms of their packaged breakfast food and drinks. Shout out to Risma and Ngurah for being outstanding hosts and for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Its location could’ve been better as in proximity to beaches and shops. However, this makes it a positive as there is less traffic on the way to the villa.

The villa was very clean and spacious. Despite it being a villa, we did not encounter any bugs or insects in the villa itself. The villa is equipped with ample lighting to set the vocation mood. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Communication through WhatsApp is a breeze. Air conditioning was also cold enough for the hot bali weather. Its a wonderful experience and we'll definitely love to go back again.

A small issue would be because of the mapping on Google maps, most grab driver will end up on the other street which doesn't have access to the villa. Just drop the driver a text and most will be glad to turn over.

The photo's don't do justice to how the villa and pool actually look. It's even better in real life. Also the staff was extremely friendly and will meet our your needs. The breakfast was very good, and also the food for the roomservice. There is an supermarkt very close by (+/- 3min walk), and if you want to eat out there are also some good restaurants nearby. Another plus point is the whatsapp service with the staff of the accommodation, where you can send them your breakfast and other wishes. Tip: If you want to go by taxi (Grab), wait at the main street (next to the supermarkt) for you taxi, because otherwise the driver will be waiting in the street next to where the villa's (and you) are.

There is a sign by the pool, stating that you can't use the sunscreen when you want to go into the pool. After the fist day we where both a little bit sunburned because of thisl

The most amazing friendly staff and hospitality provided. The villa was luxurious, charming and spotless. The bath overlooking the pool was stunning and the large spacious cool pool very relaxing. All facilities were unmatched- refrigerator, netflix, hairdryer, you name it. The air conditioning was powerful and the king bed extremely comfortable with the fluffiest pillows to match. Best accommodation I have ever stayed in a quiet part of Canggu. The staff helped organise airport transport and scooter hire and gave us free welcome coconuts also. I will definitely return.
