Great location with a private walkway straight to the beachfront. The staff were both friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent with our rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Fantastic breakfast choice in the mornings that suited everyone's tastes. Outside pool and the adjacent bar was a great oasis during hot afternoons.

The sound between adjacent rooms was not great as you could hear other guest's nocturnal activities which brought much amusement to our two teenage boys who then decided to mimic what they had heard creating a few red faces at breakfast!

The Hotel is very well located! Private entrance to the beach, friendly staff, parking on site, and beautiful flowers and plants.

This is a superb hotel,  very clean and excellent staff especially Raul the night receptionist. Great location , just of the high street ( don't follow Google maps if it sends you up the hill stay on the main road and turn  at the motorbike hire shop) . Very convenient Passage at the rear to the beach too.  Breakfast was very good .

The only negative is that a nearby hotel is having extensive renovations so there is construction work noise at certain times of day at the pool area. Though this did seem to be at limited times of the day.

A wonderful hotel, the rooms are very clean, towels and bed linen can be changed on request, the elevator works without interruption, a beautiful view from the window, there are 2 hotels and one building with apartments on the territory. We lived in the hotel for 7 days and 2 days in the apartments. If you want a view with a window facing the sea, you need a hotel, if you want to have a mini kitchen, of course it is an apartment!! There are three beautiful pools, the water is crystal clear, the employees take care of the pools and the surroundings. A very nice place on the territory, a small cafe with good employees! Breakfasts and dinners are varied and delicious, I'm a cook, you won't surprise me, but here I tasted several new dishes! The staff knows their job, everyone is friendly🤗! 40 steps from the sea, it's a wonderful small path directly from the hotel to the beach. The beach is clean, the sea is azure clean! I think that next time we will also come to this beautiful place!! We had a complete rest! By the way, there is an air-conditioned bus from the airport, the bus has special shelves for luggage, the drivers are generally nice people, they will tell you everything and you will feel at home! The hotel is 5 minutes from the bus stop. And there is also a very nice street with various souvenir shops, there are pubs, restaurants and cafes. We are absolutely satisfied!!!🤗🤗🤗

Large&clean room. Large bathroom. Close to the beach (1 min walking). Central location. Rich breakfast. Small gift received from a young lady at the reception when trying to buy a souvenir.

Main complain:Too small and poor quality of pillows. Mosquito/fly nets would have been good in order to sleep with door opened during the night . Rather expensive parking(15€/day)

The whole experience was beautiful! The position of the hotel, the distance from shops, bus stop, beach.. everything was at least a 2mins walk! I went there for my honeymoon and it was such an amazing experience! We had breakfast and dinner for each day and we would like to give a special shout out to Carlos! Since we came in, he explained everything to us, gave us a leaflet, told us about the experiences and tours around. He made sure we were sorted out from the first day. My husband and I made a mistake with the room reservation and it was quickly sorted by Carlos. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone! The price and quality are very good for the double room we were in. Cleaned everyday as requested. The range of food for the breakfast and dinner was immense. Everyday there was at least 1 or 2 new things.

It's not really a downside. Something to be aware of is mosquitos. Also, a minor, did not really enjoy the juices at the restaurant, they felt like tempered with water or sweeteners, but that is due to preference.

Good location by the bus stops and easy walking distance to supermarkets, shops and beach. Room was spacious enough with all the basic amenities. Bathroom is clean and sizable. Overall, good for a few days of stay; functional and reasonable. This room has a balcony which may not face the sea but still has a good view of the pool. Receptionists did their best to answer questions and hep check-in.

Nothing comes to mind that was too negative or needs much improvement.

the location was good, the room was a bit on the small size no kettle or tea or coffee and the shower what can i say was a bit of a tight squeeze to fit in. the breakfast was good loads to choice from.
