Lovely room and facilities. Almost all staff was really kind, pleasant and friendly. When my friend collapsed in the bar,the barman quickly arranged for paramedics to arrive and take my friend to hospital. He was very helpful and super attentive. Also, the female receptionist spoke perfect English and could direct where to walk the dog. Throughout the stay I felt welcome with the dog. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made omelets.

That one of the waiters (blonde with heavy eyeliner) was quite abrupt asking me to remove my dog’s bowl, which was clean with a tin of dogfood in it onto the floor. She was quite irritated and as I didn’t understand her demand in German, she became rather irritated. She looked stressed and did not show a welcoming manner towards the facts that dogs were allowed in the restaurant. The bedroom was too hot even when I turned the heating off. There could have been better gluten-free bread options. The juices were too watered down. Freshly squeezed orange would have been more delicious.

I loved the facilities and the entire accommodation 1000% - Fantastic room, very spacious and the entire Hotel pet friendly. We arrived with two dogs, we had a doggy blanket and water already in the room for them. The beds were super comfy and absolutely quiet during the night. Super beautiful surroundings, all green, beautiful walk ways and the river water close by, too. The breakfast was really good. All what was offered was fresh and tasty and we became good friends with the person who worked at the omellett station, friendly personnel everywhere in this Hotel, we especially enjoyed sitting at the Hotel bar in the evenings, super nice staff and great drinks. If we came back to Münster, we'll come back to this Hotel! First class

We feel that if you bring two small to middle sized dogs, 20 Euro per dog per night is a little heavy on the wallet. That could be dealt with more economically. But other than that nothing to say.

Breakfast was good, wide choice and attractively set the staff were largely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, particularly having in mind there was refurbishment taking place.

My bathroom was not finished. The WC area was plastered only. I do not expect this in a four star hotel. When checking out, this was taken into account but a plastered bathroom creates a poor impression to a guest and it is beyond me how the room has remained in this state.

A very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, attentive staff, a dog-friendly hotel, AND a dog-friendly restaurant (its terrace as well as the restaurant proper). The location is fantastic for a walk in the park or along the Aasee Lake. I'm sure it is also close enough for sightseeing, which we decided to leave for another occasion due to heatwave. We were stopping midway through our long drive across Europe for a 2 day rest, and the choice of hotel was perfect. We are looking forward to another stay next time there is an option of staying in a Mövenpick hotel. Thank you.

The food was excellent, though the price was perhaps a tad steep.

Breakfast buffet style, spoilt for choice. Dinner also Buffet style or menu items, again we chose the Buffet and the choices were amazing, could go up as many times as you wanted, great value for money if you have a good appetite. Room clean, beds comfortable, easy to access. Location was lovely, just out of Town but good bus connection and walkable if fit to the middle of Town and the Route Sight Seeing Bus also came close to Hotel and well worth the trip round Munster with English tour info. Staff spoke good English and all very friendly & helpful.

very comfortable room, nice and spacious. Also no noise from outside. Reception was helpful. Enjoyed taking the bus to Munster Central. Breakfast Buffet was delicious and lots of choices. Enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after many hours of walking around the beautiful town of Munster.

We loved everything. We give the weekend there 10/ 10.

This is my 3rd time staying here and every time it has been excellent. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I appreciate that my dog can stay with me. Situated right by the Aasee lake and within 20 mins walk of the town centre in one direction and the university campus in the other. Easy to reach by car.

Every morning I was woken at 07.00 by what sounded like delivery trucks outside, I would have preferred to sleep peacefully for longer. Also this time we stayed on the opposite side of the hotel than previous visits and accessibility was an issue - one of the lifts does not stop at reception level so every time we came downstairs either we had to take 2 lifts which is very slow, or go down a small stone staircase. My dog has difficulty walking down stairs so this was a problem and was especially annoying when we were checking out with a suitcase.

it was a nice hotel with all necessary amenities. quiet to sleep in. clean. friendly staff. bed very comfortable.

only one small bottle of water free of charge in the room for 4 people and no choice for still water. so if more than one person is thirsty and if you don’t like sparkling…well you have to pay for water. which was not great for us as we travelled with kids and arrived to the hotel relatively late. Very hard to find parking outside. Good choice for breakfast but everything seemed super small. kids size. glass for juice or water was really child size. doubt we would stay there again.

Very well located hotel with outdoor parking within a walking distance to the center and a recreational park where you can sit down and enjoy the view.

Luckily there was airco in the room because the hallways felt like it was a sauna, other than that it was perfectly fine.

Good hotel with a decent sauna and great breakfast (what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, but well executed). At a walking distance from the old city centre.

The shower head in the hotel room was loose, to it didn't stay fixed.
