It was a very comfortable and quiet night. There is a restaurant within walking distance that was good and fun too as it had live music performers.

The breakfast selections were gone by 815am, both times I stayed, except for yogurt, and apples. Also the juice machine has never worked. So no juices and no coffee either. The "attendant" for the food who was sitting in an attached room on the floor, was notified both times by myself personally, and nothing was done. Guest request was not honored even though I paid for this option.

The staff overall was so friendly and accommodating made check in also quick and easy as well as during stay were so pleasant, loved it because the hotel is dog friendly and you can also tell that allot of the staff also love dogs.

There was one employee who was kind of rude and mean not sure what her name was but she should be retrained on guest satisfaction and being a pleasant person.

Facilities were what we expected for the value & deal that we got. This is not a posh hotel, with elaborate amenities, but we weren’t expecting those for the price we paid. The room was clean. The beds & linen were clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was doable. We would stay here again.

The bathtub was very slippery. We were in one of the handicap accessible rooms, so that may need addressed.

We enjoyed very much our stay for 6 days. The room is just perfect. The size, beds, coffee machine, fridge. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The coffee machine was broken, the waffle machine was broken too. There was a hot option every day which was good, but also cold boiled eggs, some fruits, cereals and bars, but out od orange juice!

Some of the washing machines and dries were broken, so we had to wait for other people to finish their laundry. It was just time consuming!

Much nicer than expected, especially for the price. Clean, generally quiet, very nice staff, good breakfast that varied from day to day. I've never stayed at a Microtel before; I suspect this one is better than most of them!

Very minor things: curtains could have blocked out light a little better and cable TV could have been a bit better.

Breakfast was ready at 6:00 am PROMPT !! Very nice selection of Cereals, Pastries, Oatmeals & HOT Scrambled Eggs, Sausages, Home Fries, Pancakes and Fresh Fruit, too. Also, plenty of Juices, Milk, Coffee & a good selection of Teas. The Food & Dining area was extremely CLEAN & comfortable. Our Room was Terrific!! Ground Floor, but Very Quiet. We had a Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Bar, Luggage Stand, Ironing Board & Iron, Full Length Mirror, Gigantic TV w/Great Reception & Two (2) Extremely Comfortable Queen Beds!! The Bathroom was Sparkling Clean & had Complimentary Shampoos, Soaps, etc., as well as a Hair Dryer. We were traveling with our 14 yr old Dog & she was warmly Welcomed. EVERYTHING was sooooo CLEAN & we felt very Safe, Secure & Comfy. In Fact, on our Return Leg of our Trip, we Booked & Stayed at the Same Hotel ~ it was THAT AWESOME !!!

No Complaints. No Regrets.

Breakfast was prompt (6:00 am) ~ a wide variety of Oatmeals, Cereals, Juices, Teas & Pastries. Two Hot items each morning; Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Links, Home Fries, etc. Everything was available 24/7, except the Hot items; they were from 6:00 am - 10:00 am. Breakfast was Very Satisfying for our Family! The "Kitchen" area was extremely CLEAN. Our Room was very Nice & Spacious. It had a portable Luggage Stand, Ironing Board & Iron, Full Length Mirror, Hangers, Shelves, etc. We had a Clean Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker w/assorted Coffees & Teas and plenty of Cups. Ice Bucket, too. There were small complimentary bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion in the Clean Bathroom, along w/Bar Soap. We each had a Bath Towel, Hand Towel & Washcloth. There was a Hairdryer, too. The TV was very Big & had great reception & lots of channels. NO REGRETS !!!

There really wasn't anything we disliked ... IF things could have been "better", we would have preferred a bigger & thicker Bath Mat for the floor and perhaps an extra set of Towels. We know we could have requested those .. We did request extra Blankets & got them immediately (very clean & heavy) .. We traveled w/our Dog & she was warmly welcomed. You wouldn't know this Hotel was Pet Friendly because Everything was just sooooo CLEAN !!!

Check in was super easy, the rooms are always so nice, and the area is super quiet. Really nice location and it’s close to a lot of food/activities.

Elevator was super slow, and the hotel very limited breakfast options (which these things aren’t deal breakers; just things I noticed the past two year).

Friendly Accommodating staff, ice cold fridge, laundry accommodations were great

Shower head clogged, need ice maker on each floor and would love heated oatmeal, room had stale odor, someone was feeding a raccoon around the side of blding. I was too scared to walk around it

Our room was very nice and so is the breakfast.

But we didn't like when you walked into the motel it had a sign that said smoking had to be 20 ft away from the building. It is kind of a turn off when you see employees sitting in the bench near the front door smoking. That's unprofessional for a business.
