Welcoming and dedicated staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, stunning views, great location, services and amenities, including a relaxing spa. Great option for both business and family trips with kids.

Things that could be improved: I'm a vegetarian and most food options had meat, but the staff was great and promptly prepared me vegetarian options. So if you're vegetarian/vegan let the staff know beforehand. On a side note, it rained during our stay, so we missed indoor pool options. Still, we 200% recommend the hotel!

Nice hotel and breakfast . Bit far from the tourist attraction, but with uber 10 min you are most in every where!

I ordered some different food snacks for my kids , they told I was not allowed to eat in the table near to the pool, Id have to go to my room! Disappointed! Dj music loud all day, some people they just go to the hotel for relaxing, and have to be in the pool with music loud all day long!

Loved the spa! And the cleanliness, and the breakfast was amazing! They have some beach umbrellas also, altho the waves there seemed a bit violent. Altogether a nice hotel I'd definitely recommend!

The parking Shud be free for the price we pay...if you don't want to pay, you have to leave your vehicle on the street... I also didn't like all the guys waiting to snag u and u come out of the breakfast room. To try to get u to buy into their new hotel they're building

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, shower was amazing !

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same during the whole trip . They could change the menu everyday . Also they give you like 6 different cars and it can really be a pain once we need different cards to access the room, order drinks at the bar or get towels . Last , the beach in front of the hotel is not appropriate for bathing . if I knew that in advance , we would have picked another location . SPA was decent .

A really good spread for breakfast, even as a vegan I had plenty of options. Loads of friendly staff available to help, and a really nice pool to chill out next to. The room was the perfect size for two, and plenty of parking even though they technically can't guarantee you a space.

There is a massive window between the bathroom and the bedroom, it has a blind but it is still a little odd. Also I think you might struggle here if you didn't speak any Portuguese but that applies to the whole region, so it is not really a criticism, just a heads up if you come here expecting to be able to speak English to everybody!

the staff were incredible. everyone was so friendly and tried so hard to assist us since we did not speak the local language!

the rooms could have had a bit more detail when renovating. wires hanging out if sockets and clearly many shortcuts taken on things.

The pool wasn't so clean and the tennis court is not available to play. It needs to schedule but the people who are not hosted can use the amenities.

My daughter and her son were traveling with us and couldn’t stay at 6th floor because my grandson was a child of 1 year old. The property was not well maintained

our room location had an old motor running outside without sound protection, and during the nights the noise was very disturbed to everyone in the room.

The people in the hotel were very helpful. Our kid became ill and we had to stay 2 days extra. Our kid also loved the kids club every morning and afternoon.

The location is far from the centre of town that is much more alive...
