I love the decoration of the hotel themes and beautiful gardens. The staff is very friendly, they also provide snacks and drinks all day long. Facilities with free laundry service pool table and the gym although I didn't use it. The room is very big, bigger than normal rooms. Overall, I enjoy to stay at this hotel.

The only thing I don't like is far from any subway station. I need to take a taxi in and out.

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were huge not just for Taiwan but any country. The furniture was so classy and stylish. The lounge with free soft drinks and snacks was lovely. This is still a fair way from the airport but definitely a lovely last night before flying out. It is also in a lovely family friendly suburb and there is a large 7-11 with great food options and plenty of tables. A shame we only stayed 1 night. Staff all spoke English really well too.

It would be amazing if this hotel was closer to Taipei city, but then it would be twice the price.

The hotel is pretty new. Everything was clean and shiny. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. You have everything you need in the room: fridge, water heater, blow dryer, robes, slippers, etc. Staff are polite but stay out of your way unless you ask them for help. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby. The B1 has nice area for cardio machines, large TV, and DIY laundry.

The sounds from the hallway are easier to hear, even in other guests aren't being particularly loud.

Extremely helpful staff. Easily arranged transportation to see sights in area as well as Taipai. Wonderful and generous breakfast covered multiple tastes. Convenient for airport whilst in the heart of New Tiapai.

The hotel was perfect. I can not rhink of one negative thing.

bedding is comfortable and clean, and room service is daily. The best of the room is the natural light in the bathroom. The hotel is located inside an alley which is quiet and easy to get different types of food and restaurants within walking distance.

During my 20 days stay, there were a few days that the hotel did not turn on the air conditioner because the weather is not hot but they turned it on after l requested.

I want to say that everybody was very professional from the front desk to the housekeepers and the staff at the restaurant

I can say nothing bad about the property. Everything was amazing. I definitely would go back again.

From check in to check out, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast featured local foods and was delicious. The location was great with a 7-11, grocery store, restaurants, and bar (Miss Q) all within a <10 minute walk. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus and subway stations to Taoyuan airport or downtown Taipei. I will definitely stay at Joyfultel again when I visit mom next year.

Immaculate very well decorated Hotel rooms and General facilities. Very modern and clean throughout the hotel. Location fantastic, very easy access to center of city as well as to airport Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable. Exceptionally clean, the room was quite spacious and the staff very forthcoming. We stayed with a baby and found this place quite suitable for us. extra perk was the free use of washer+dryer

The warming customers services and helpful with kind sharings made us feel like home. I like the culture among their staffs like family. And the eco environment details are well executed. Love this place especially the entire atmosphere made us feel so much relaxing for staying here.
