It was nice and clean, we felt very comfortable there. My kids enjoyed the pool, the entire family enjoyed the breakfast provided. Staff was great from the moment we entered the facility. They gave my children bubbles, colouring paper and crayons. We were able to stream from our devices to their TV so the kids could watch their favorite shows, we were able to checkout and view our bill on the tv in our room, they were very accommodating, they literally thought of everything.

Excellent location close to eating area. Property is very clean and bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh breakfast especially the pastries and hot items. Staff very friendly and professional and helpful.

the bath tub is too small - The bathrooms are nice and big - so at least a regular size tub would be nice. however it was clean so bonus for that.

It was a great getaway, close to home. We choose to stay when attending a wedding rather then heading home. We will stay there again to get that just right night away. The hotel had many options for dining out right out the front door.

No complains, but Bacon can we PLEASE have bacon as a breakfast option.

I brought an ethernet cable for my laptop and hooked up to the jack in the room. It didn't work and IT said its not available. This would be a must availability to the rooms. You would never have wifi issues if this was available. I'm sure this is one of the only issues your staff has to address. Other than that the facility and staff were excellent. I'm also a rewards member for my business and would much rather book things direct and get a discount instead of using a third party to get a discount. We do a lot of work in different cities and would book with a holiday inn with a discount instead of booking with other hotels which we've been doing for many years.

Breakfast was wonderful. The lady working was very pleasant and quickly got me more hot water for my tea. The room was very clean and so was the hotel. Staff were wonderful!!

The heat was our only problem. We set it at 70 and there is no way it got there. It was a cold night. Next time I would ask for assistance.

We had an amazing stay! The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was even better! The bed was big and soft with two types of pillows (firm & soft) which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and the check in/check out process was quick, perfect for a 1 night stay!

I wish the breakfast had more variety, especially fruits and veggies.

Breakfast was excellent, although it would have been nice to have pancakes and/or waffles too, or some cold cuts/cheese for those of us who don't always like eggs. The location was great too and great to have plenty of room for eating/seating.

There was a lovely, warm, friendly woman who checked on us while having breakfast - I hope the hotel isn't making her do that. some people prefer not to be disturbed during their meal.

It is a new hotel so everything is very clean and fresh. The bed was phenomenal in the room and had good amenities. Staff was also very kind and efficient. The only issue I see is the price point, it is an Express Holiday Inn located at the edge of the city and we felt that the per evening rate was way too high for its location and facilities.

We heard night staff working above us from 11:45 p. m. for 2 hours, off and on our first night. We were too tired to call front desk. Staff were right on it when we complained, however. (It was hard to figure out the phone, as well) Also, we had to ask for a room refresh, after the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:25, far too early for us

The room was very tidy, easy to use the TV controller, the room had darkening curtains, and the bed was extra comfy. Overall my room exceeded my expectations for the location and price.

I could not say that there was anything that I did not find pleasant or convenient.
