The hotel is "at" the beach. Great location. Not too many people at the beach at this place. There's a beach bar close to the hotel and they have live music at night, really great. The breakfast was very good except for the coffee but there's plenty of other choices and a great buffet. Staff is really nice. Nice restaurants.

No umbrellas at the pool. There are a kind of balinese beds free of charge but you will not get a lot of shade. You can have umbrellas at the beach but they will cost you 10euros per sunbed (including a free drink at the beach bar and an umbrella). The problem is that they are only a few nice umbrellas at the beach so go early to the beach and make a reservation (reservation are made for the entire day, so you can leave your sunbeds and come back late). Not too many restaurants in the area but you get good food.

Great welcome from Christina on the front desk. She was very polite and informative. Superb suite with sea views and well equipped room. Very clean. Relaxing Spa area with pool, sauna and steam room. Very good breakfast with an excellent choice and variety of foods.

The restaurants were a little expensive and the service from one of the waiters was poor at the Aura restaurant.

We stayed there for 2 nights as we were participating in the Alberto Contador cycling race which started and finished at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a mini suite with a plunge pool on the roof which was an added bonus. The facilities are excellent and will definitely stay again

Room rate included breakfast which had the largest selection I have ever seen. Staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Hotel was clean and well positioned.

Room came without tea and coffee making facilities which I think ought to be included as standard

my initial room smelled disgusting like a sewer, but they changed it to a nicer, smell free room, though I did have to go to the old room myself to pick up my bags. I thought they may have done this. they fixed the problem and I had a nice stay

Huge place but not full in April. Great beach & pool. Lots of families. Plentiful breakfast buffet. All food we had was very good. (Triple chocolate desert excellent.) Good value. Offered & accepted 50% offupgrade to luxury suite with sea/pool view. Nice to be able to play golf though course was not on great shape.

Kitchenette had no implements. Needed waste basket. TV did not have sound &/or reception in English. ...that we couldn't stay longer

They did deep cleaning at 8am on a Sunday in the room next to ours. The noises were too loud for an entire hour. We couldn’t fall back to sleep.

The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. Pool was great and loved the double sun loungers with blinds, also the pool bar was good.

It would've been great to have tea making facilities in the room.

The receptionists were very friendly. The room was comfy. The pool was nice, but a bit much of chlorine. Dinner buffet was generally good. The location was amazing.

There is only heater in the room, no cooler. The shrimps from dinner buffet were not fresh.

The amenities and closeness to the beach.

The breakfast buffet caters to the UK english menu. I missed the local cuisine. I am from the USA and would have welcomed some Valencian dishes
