I loved the front desk staff. We had the same woman from check-in when we checked out. She was just a beautiful person. We had an issue with our booking.com reservation not going to them, and she was so helpful! She wasn't negative but trying to solve it. We were the 3rd or so family with the same issue. After a long trip, a bit of check-in trouble, having a friendly optimistic person doing what the could was great!

I didn't care for the trouble with my booking. I was not happy that booking.com wouldn't try to work the "glitch" out with the Inn right there.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good choices for breakfast and coffee, cookies & lemon-aide in the lobby was a wonderful extra bonus! We booked three nights and then added another 2 nights. Definitely recommend and would stay again. High definition tv, strong water pressure, nice toiletries. Appreciated the dog friendly room options as well!

The only recommendation I would make is for quiet door closers. The doors slammed shut which was loud - but really nothing else to complain about. We had a great stay!

The staff at the front desk,was not available when we first got there-there were 2 other pm waiting I made a third.Then was given a key ,went up stairs and could not get in the room.Call on phone to dddk down stairs,thinking someone would bring another key -We were told to come down and get another key -which ment bringing our bags down or leave them in the hallway.The next day the toilet was backed up and would not flush-we did nothing unusual.. I told the service tech that was in the hallway and departed..She said not to worry -she would take care of it -very unpleasant for us …

The location is great, within walking distance of 2 of our favorite restaurants. The facility was very clean, our room was very comfortable and overlooked the parking area, so we could see our vehicle. We had a great night's rest and the breakfast was very good and well stocked and staffed. Checkout was a leisurely 12 noon and the electronic checkout was very smooth. Everything about our stay was excellent and we will definitely return on our next trip to this area. It's a great place for us to stop on our vacation travels.

The place was pretty nice for the price. The room didn't have a smell, and the shower was excellent

There were a few stains on the floor but it was still clean. The breakfast could be improved, the orange juice provided was thickened.. like for medical purposes. I do think it was nice though that the breakfast was bagged for individuals. It saves on time for lines and don't have to worry about grubby people touching all the food.

The check in staff were incredible. Very attentive and efficient. They could not have been more accommodating. They made sure I had a room close to an exit for my wife as she cannot walk very far

Mattress was pretty rough for my wife who has various bone issues and could not get comfortable. I really missed having a hot breakfast, but for the price of the room I understand.

Easy access from hwy. Very clean room. Hotel has done some updates since my last stay. Love the new smaller pillows, you can actually sleep on them. Scrambled eggs and sausage, yum. Freshly baked cookies and mints.

Continue updating, carpets, tv service. Picture on the tv was not full screen and remote could not control volume. Wonderful fellow , Justin came in to adjust the tv the best he could.

Nice decor, comfortable and spacious rooms. Coffee, lemonade and warm cookies available. The rooms were very quiet, despite being close to highway 26, several chain restaurants were nearby. A particular thank you to Lakyn at the front desk for kindly getting us extra hangers and to Astrea for being so helpful at check-out!

The swimming pool was closed for repairs when we were there, they may have been short on cleaning staff as the rooms were not regularly serviced during the four days.

the staff! Chatell, Wanda, Astreia Front desk; Deon breakfast , Shonda were all friendly went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable and meet our needs. tried to make us feel at home at much as possible. If you need something ask and you got it. ❤️

room was in the front and the light really showed the curtains at night. More fresh fruits would be nice. The fruit seemed to be a bit on the older side. could use a couple more luggage carts. we had to really think because this place we really did like a lot. I’d stay here again.

Nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping service was great. The front desk representatives were always kind and helpful. The radiance of sunshine they bring in the morning jump start our day.

Nothing really. Although like most places there were things that could use some changes but it really did not hinder our stay. Just wished they had more of a variety of yogurts to choose from and more fruits like bananas.
