This facility was absolutely clean and comfortable. It was very spacious, included a large refrigerator, a microwave, a large 4K TV, a dishwasher, a dish sink, a desk area, and a curtain to separate the living area from the bedroom. The staff was exceptionally good with the customers and very accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like is of high importance to me. The shower water pressure was awful. The sinks in the room had 400x normal water pressure. The shower had .10% of normal water pressure. I could barely get the soap off of me while showering. I brought it to the staffs attention and they said they would look into it but I didn’t stay long so I’m not sure if it’s fixed by now. That was my only negative experience, other than that, it was good.

The outside grill worked but no one knew how, finally got it to work.. a few front desk staff members were not the most upbeat, just very short with people… I saw many families and it would be helpful if there was no smoking in the hotel area(pool, grilling area, fire pit area.) we were sitting outside grilling and eating dinner when a couple that was drinking came out and started chain smoking and talking on the phone…. We had to clean up our food and move back to our room because of the smoke…

My family was suppose to be on a 2 hour direct flight from Ft Lauderdale to New Orleans. Spirit Airlines cancelled our flight 2 hours before takeoff with no notification, nor any valid reason. We could not get a flight home so we rented a suburban and drove home, a 12 hour 52 min drive not including any stops. We drove from Ft Lauderdale to Daphne, AL and booked a room here, as it accommodated all 6 of us in one room. It was my first time staying at a Home 2 Suites hotel. I must say it was exceptional, so much so that I started to look up more Home 2 Suites locations in all of the cities I travel to for work. I am ditching Marriott and joining the Hilton Honors Program. Our stay really only involved going to sleep immediately and then leaving 4 hours before checkout to get back on the road so we could get home. The conversation in the car once we left was how nice, modern and clean the hotel was with a hot breakfast. We will definitely look up Home 2 Suites hotels in the future when we can plan to stay somewhere.

Everything was great. Might I suggest and handheld shower head detachment in the showers for a variable option.

We had a king suite because all the queens had been sold out it was nice.

When I looked back on the site it says I could get a Queen suite for an extra 20 something dollars but I thought they were all sold out, didn't understand that part. Want happy about that.

Location about 20 min drive to Foley, cleanliness was a 10 across the board, breakfast was as good as you going to get for free(no complaints), and friendly staff(front desk and cleaning crew). It was so welcoming, not only looked clean it smelled clean.

The beds wasn’t as comfortable. They was more on the firm side but had some nice fluffy pillows.

Comfortable beds and fair pricing with spacious rooms. Clean and the shampoos and amenities provided were adequate and appreciated.

There wasn't anything that we did not like at the hotel. We did not have to pay for parking as it is on site and it was an easy stay and enjoyable. It is not one of the super upscale hotels but you aren't paying the high cost either, and it's very easy, safe, and accommodating and we would certainly be back.

the cleaning crew didn’t move the ottoman to vacuum and there were sunflower seed shells on the carpet under the ottoman when we had moved it. They looked like they had been chewed on so it grossed us out a bit (they were from a previous guest)

Ms. Jan and her staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and more than enough room.

We had to switch rooms and weren't able to keep the original bigger room that we booked. It was missing a TV and had really small ants in the bedroom.

The hotel was nice staff and breakfast along with the laundry. Room was huge with a refrigerator desk to work at. Pool was clean and nice. There were grills.

Gym equipment wasn't working. Treadmill and bike weren't working.
