Fantastic location, right bang in the middle of Montalcino. I was on a business trip so didn't have the time to explore the house properly, but there is a kitchen with fruit upstairs.
If you are a light sleeper, there are some times when ist is a bit more noisy. Also in parts due to the bell tower next doors. Didn't bother me, and in case you need them earplugs are supplied in addition to the toiletries. Breakfast is a short walk from the property, but offers excellent views across the city.

Located in the middle of this beautiful little town. When I was there the town was celebrating and a rock band played all night long. I didn't mind - no I loved it. I don't know how loud it is on other nights, there is a bar or restaurant under my window, so that could be an issue for people that want to go to bed at 22:00. Good room and nice breakfast at a café down the road in a beautiful garden.

Lovely welcome. Allowed us to check in early and provided secure storage for our bikes. Big room, large bathroom, comfy beds, good self-service breakfast.

Beautiful room. Central location
We were unlucky enough to stay the night there was an extremely loud DJ playing till past 1am. It was like trying to sleep in a night club. I would recommend checking if an event is on before booking.

very nice spacious room, clean and comfortable. the location is in the very center under the Torre. the room was quiet other than the bell sounds but I was okay with that.

Beautiful Bed'n Breakfast in the center of the town. Roberta is very nice and flexible, we managed to arrange our very late arrival last minute which saved us many troubles! The room was very spacious and traditionally decorated. The bed was excellent and the bathroom full of modern comfort with a well working shower.
