The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff who greeted us was polite and friendly. The room was clean, the reception area clean and inviting and the breakfast was tasty and very gool.

We were informed about a "happy hour" when we arrived. The lovely young lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed as she attempted to answer phones, check in guests and "serve" happy hour. We thought there would at least be nuts of pretzels with our beer, but that did not happen and we felt sorry for the lovely employee who could have used some assistance.

Everything was perfect 👍🏽 locations to different varieties of restaurants, shopping. Staff was friendly, rooms were ample of space to feel comfortable.

If I had to change anything, it be the variety of breakfast. It was tasty, but if you stay more than a week it keep of starts to taste the same.

Over all the suite was very nice and comfortable the breakfast was outstanding beyond continental after dinner we had some drinks at pool side also used the Jacuzzi which was outstanding, just the right temperature.

The only issue we had was that the pool was not properly cleaned so we did not enjoy the pool Pool maintenance should be done regularly to avoid trach & debris in the pool Other than that we had a wonderful weekend stay

I forgot my shoes and a nice gentleman in your staff call me to let me know. I don't remember his name but he was at the front office this morning and gave me my shoes. Thank you!

Some of your front office staff can be a little more friendly and smile.

Room was fine, should have got the odd # room not facing the fwy. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. If you left hungry you had a problem. Freeway noise wasn't too bad. Close to a lot of dinner options.

Great location right off the freeway and close to shopping/dining. Staff was very nice and professional. Grounds outside the hotel were clean as well as all areas inside the hotel. Room was clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We were the last to arrive so we got the handicapped accessible room so the shower was a little awkward, but that was our fault for arriving late. The room had a couple of small sitting areas with hard uncomfortable chairs. A small couch or a couple of comfy chairs would make the room better.

The front desk was a bit slow in getting our room ready all though swe were there around 4;30 he said the room was not ready and we would have to wait 30 minitzs. we complained a boom or room weas ready and great.

Location and cleanliness!

All the pigeons and pigeon droppings right outside of AC unit! Hotel needs to be aware of all the disease and health issues that poses, and I don't mean a few droppings! Not to mention dead baby pigeons. If possible avoid room on 3rd floor, other than that it was a good value.

Room was large, clean with space to relax, armchair and small table thankfully received. Breakfast good including hot items, comfortable seating. Location excellent, several restaurants within walking distance.

All good.

There as no AC during breakfast hours, it was 90 degrees outside, some AC while eating breakfast good have been great.
