The staff is really very nice and keen to please you especially Rana at the reception. The location is very nice and the view from our room was beautiful as it gathered both the garden and part of the lake. After we checked out, they called us because we had forgotten my sunglasses so we went back to pick it.

The service at the Cafeteria was on the slow side, but again it was really busy.

I love this place, not my first time to visit and definitely not the last. The location is brilliant.. the landscape is amazing.. i love the villas in particular private and spacious with outstanding views of both the gardens and the lake.

I do suggest that you introduce golf carts to facilitate the movement of elder people, especially those staying at the villas, as the walking distance is long for them, and the available wheel chairs are quite old and need maintenance.

So, positive things first, we booked a lake view room. Room: The room is clean and reimbursed, it's not big(medium size) however the balcony is spacious with a great view! try to book a room with a lake view and on higher levels to have even a better one. Food: the breakfast is acceptable (Average) variety is limited, yet the quality is good. (you get what you pay for, no surprises) The location is mins from all the restaurants and lovely places in ISmalia, so you can quickly enjoy the area. The Check-in process was a bit long as it was a season, but I believe it should be okay on season days. The staff is really friendly, and the treatment is fair and square.

Nothing much, to be honest. Value for money. The only thing was the pool opening time which opened at 9 AM! I have never seen this in any hotel around the world. its too late, so on my 2nd day I decided to go in at 8. So, I would recommend making it at least 8 or even 7.

all staff we met were polite, friendly with an excellent appears and clean room, Resturant and café on the beach and everywhere are so clean room was comfortable and lake view so good breakfast patisserie delicious and the coffee was good.

Definitely the staff was Amazing, Egyptian people are amazing with a true "white heart". Safety and security were impressive . All the Staff helpful and seeking to make the stay pleasant and comfortable.

It is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and a pool. The place was so clean! The staff are friendly and very professional. Quiet at night. Good comfortable bed, great TV with satellite channels, good strong a/c and a restaurant and bar on site.

I was told by a member of staff that swimming in the lake might not be safe. But why have a beach there then? I loved having a cooling swim in Lake Timsah. I'm a European and can swim, so no problems. Evening meal was a limited buffet choice, but there were fewer than 20 people staying there, so it was justified. Plenty enough and well cooked.

Staff are very helpful, specially ( Silvia), really she is amazing, chef Amir was doing more than his best to help me in the breakfast time specially with baby, he was carrying about asking if the food is suitable for my baby and how he could help me to do. Laundry team to finish my sister wedding dress in a very short time and excellent work, Fawzy he was helping me with my huge luggage with a friendly smile always.

Housekeeping is very bad, bathroom, is always dirty.

It was a mazing place for relaxing, I appreciate all the staff efforts especially Ms. Selvia from relations , Mr. Hasan a Restaurant Manager , Ahmed housekeeper, security people , billman and swimming pool guards; they all are working as a family. smile was everywhere! really I like Mercure Ismailia!
