The view from the hotel is stunning. It's located at the cliff so you can see the ocean - I recommend waking up for the sunrise. You can walk down the stairs and swim in the ocean (remember about shoes as there are sea urchins!). Our room was big enough and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The place is quite far from restaurants and shops, you need to use taxi. You can eat at the hotel restaurant (food was nice) but it's rather pricey.

Road full of holes, sea grass in the sea that made swimming unpleasant., worn out rooms.

This place is a gem. A quiet little spot with incredible staff, a great view, a very nice pool, good snorkeling right out front, good food and reasonably priced drinks. The layout allows for a quick dip in the pool right outside your room, and invites socializing between the guests if you desire. The music is tasteful and at a reasonable volume rather than the blaring pop you hear at other hotels in the area. I loved working from the bar area while looking over the ocean. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The only thing that this place lacked was a bum gun.

I booked this hotel because my partner likes to look at the horizon and this hotel has a great view of the ocean which you can also see from the hotel room. Pool is very good and if you don’t feel like going out, you can get a decent meal at the restaurant which also has a great view. There is a stairway down to the ocean, and we snorkelled a number of times and saw some colourful fish.

My partner found the air-conditioner noisy so we didn’t use it. Fortunately, the room has good ventilation and we slept with the windows open. Shower water pressure was a bit weak.

It's amazing when I step out of room it's just the time that the sun rises, I feel so lucky. I also stepped downstairs to the sea, where it is very shallow during the ebb, and I saw a lot of sea urchins hiding in the rocks, very interesting. I really love my room. When I sit there in front of my room and just do nothing, I feel relaxed. I promise I will revisit.

It would be better if the hotel provides a quilt, which will helps me to get a better sleep.

The Cliffside staff was just magnificent. Always wanting to help and see to it that we were comfortable. Helped us book cars and tuktuks to get around. The resort felt remotely located but was only 10 minutes away from Alona beach. It was so nice and quiet, relieving us from the noisy Alona beach area.

Our room had little hot water in the shower.

The hotel is located on a cliff with a beautiful view and a large pool, and there is the opportunity to snorkel, the restaurant food was delicious, good laundry service. a good choice if you want a quiet getaway without crowds of tourists around.

To get to the hotel you have to drive on a less than comfortable road and to get to other interesting places it takes longer.

Very nice located on the cliff..awesome sunrises,very nice and helpful staff and very quiet located with no rooster around waking you up in the morning 😉 they have nice food there and comfortable rooms with fridge. Make sure you go snorkling in the morning..if you snorkel out the sea,passing all the seagrass you can get to the riff edge with nice corals and fish..

The bed matress was a bit hard

Super helpful staff, we got a private boat tour arranged with pick up at the hotel. The coral reef in front of the resort is really good for snorkeling.

The road to reach the hotel is bumpy and inconvenient. About the restaurant, drinks were good, the food not that much. The toilet would benefit from renovation.

Everything was great. its a really good place after staying a night in the crowded beach to relax. i have to say if youre into snorkeling. it's perfect for you. you have the place to your self. just need to get a little bit farther but it's worth it.

maybe the location was far. just so happen that i have a contact with tricab so we just call the driver to pick us up. with just 200-250 in every ride.
