The hotel is excellent and in a beach that is one of the best of the island. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel is impeccable. A very good pool and everything you need to relax. At the beach all services could be provided. Very nice and attentive staff all round. For us the top was the upgrade we were offered to a Junior Suite, fantastic in its 75m2 and facing the sea and spectacular sunsets. This was only possible due to the kindness, friendliness and competence of ELNA, receptionist who welcomed us. She was always attentive to any of our needs, providing us with excellent service beyond what is usual, even in 5+ hotels. A little on the other side of the coin are food prices. I understand that prices are generally high on all islands, when compared to Europe or the USA. But without questioning the quality of the meals, still around €50 for breakfast per person and €70 per dinner/person, without drinks (the wines are very expensive) are, in my opinion, exaggerated. In reality, this leads many customers to opt for external restaurants. As I had the opportunity to mention, perhaps this is an aspect worth reviewing

Everything was excellent, the hotel, the room, the view from our room. Staff very attentive! Our room was refreshed twice daily including towels which we appreciated. Breakfast had big variety and the food was tasty even in their a la carte restaurant by the beach. Car rental was super easy and the hotel even had a library to read or use the printer. They have a shop by the reception which had a lot of cute stuff. Overall we had a great start to our honeymoon and if you are in Mahe looking for a 5 star experience defo worth giving Savoy a try!

Clean,the view is breath-taking, the hotel location is amazing with the beau vallon beach one of the best and a lot of options to go to along side the hotel and the beach, the staff are really friendly and helpful everything for us was more than perfect. The food in all the hotel's restaurants are really really good we're amazed with its quality and how tasty it's every time we tried it.

Armia and Elmo took exceptionally good care of us from the moment we arrived all the way to taking our taxi back to the airport. Just to give two examples, we arrived at 5am in the morning as our flight arrived so early. Even though check in was not until 2pm, Armia and Elmo did anything possible to accommodate us, upgrading us to a junior suite to make sure that we get immediate access to a room that was ready. Another example is that we had to take a taxi back to the airport at 230am. Not only was the taxi ready on time, Armia had sent a golf cart to our suite as it was raining at the time and thought to ride us to the lobby where he was there to greet us and send us off in the taxi that was ready to go.

Our entire stay was truly remarkable and we still cannot think of any constructive feedback we could offer.

We had the best holiday in savoy . Before booking we checked all hotels in beu vallon and Reed most of the comments . Finally we choose this hotel . We noticed that an employee called abdul was mentioned alot with thanks to him. Once we arrived we were lucky to be greeted by him . We knew exactly why everyone was thanking him . He did not leave us from the moment we arrived till we left . He was always caring about our wishes . Always available whenever we need something . It was busy the time we stayed but everything was smooth . Breakfast at grand savoy was amazing . The spa was a greet plus in the raining days . Again thanks savoy and abdelfatah for making us happy . We did not regret choosing savoy and will always recommend it . And now we know our hotel in Seychelles without hesitation

Amazing hotel at beatiful beach! Very comfortable rooms, amazing staff and an excellent garden full of plants!

Breakfast was moderate in choice but very good, although I believe all inclusive option would be overpriced. Also, not hotel's fault of course but there's too many russians.

First of all, the staff. It always is the people that can make or break an experience, and the staff were delightful. You know who you are, Elna and Diana. :) The location is excellent, as you're steps away from Beau Vallon beach and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. This is definitely a plus, compared to other, more isolated resorts. The rooms was nice and spacious with a nice patio. The swimming pool is also well maintained and it was very enjoyable for the one day when it rained during our stay. Very confortable beds.

Maybe the furniture could benefit from an overhaul? It's starting to show its age here and there, I'm nitpicking now.

I felt warmed welcomed at Savoy since the first moment I stepped in the amazing entrance of this space. I arrived a few hours before check-in and was offered refreshments right away. I got an upgraded room with pool view, very spacious, always tidy and clean (twice a day), and a lovely terrace where birds would come to sing. I can’t thank enough to the team members who turned my stay into an unforgettable one: the breakfast team (very good one btw): Shana, Daniel, Banavath; the pool, beach and restaurants team members, namely Ryan Rose & Sushil, and last but not least, the front office team: Aliya, Armia and the incredible Elmo, and his manager (I can't recall the name).(Apologies for any misspelled name). I was also surprised by a delightful breakfast at the beach provided by Savoy. What a way to start a day! Thank you to all the people I came across during my stay for the care, kindness, and attention to every detail. The Gecko and Pescado restaurants offer a good value for money. Highly recommended for the kindness and availability of the staff, facilities, location, spa services, proximity to the beautiful Beau Vallon beach and good location to explore the island by car in different directions, parking available at the hotel. :)

The property was very child friendly , we had many activities . The staff were all so friendly and ready to go beyond our expectations . I highly recommend you see Elmo for your check in , Abdelfattah for all inquiries , randikar executive chef for all specialities and delicacies from the kitchen , he was amazing our daughter wanted mussels and he got them for her . Armia was amazing for the room . Judith the manager to the main restaurant was also very kind . Thanks so much to The team to making our stay the best ever

The way our clothes were folded the last day , this was kind of weird. And when we were at the beach we wanted the burger particularly from pescado but the manager from gecko Refused, this made us very sad coz we preferred the pescado one . Kindly let your customers choose where they want to eat from .
