The residence is located in quiet part of city with beatifull view. All our rooms were clean, spacy and comfortable. The property contains two buldings with two separate gardens offering possibility to spent some time outside playing games etc. It's good to keep in mind that Banska Stiavnica is a hilly city so for my parents was the property located a bit high:-)

It's a bit tricky to come by car as the historical streets are pretty thin. The parking lot by the property is pretty small so it's a a bit tricky to park. There is another parking lot aside the building but I become the info once the internal space was full and had to ask receptionist.

Great location, easy to reach by car. Parking for a small fee with reservation required. From here it's easy to explore on foot the local area with great restaurants, brewery and cafes reachable in a few minutes. The room we stayed in was larger than the impression given from the photos. Really liked the sword and shield on the wall and antique paintings. Nice lighting as well. Great view. Nice garden. Comfy, spacious bed. Powerful hot shower. Receptionist was very helpful and organised. Very reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

There wasn't any shower gel or shampoo.

Reception staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel was also great.

There was nowhere to place the shower head so you had to hold it while showering, also the shower door was not seal tight so a large part of the bathroom got wet whilst taking a shower. The bathroom door didn’t open completely and screeched over the floor tiles until it couldn’t go any further.

Set in a nice environment. Rooms are large and renovated. It was clean. The possibility of parking was great.

The beds look new but are not in a good state. With every move they squeak and shake and it simply wasn’t comfortable. The rooms aren’t soundproofed and it can get quite noisy from the corridor or from other rooms.

Excellent for travelling with the bike - safe bicycle storage in dedicated garage available. Also, excellent service - laundry done and dried on request. Spotlessly clean, beautiful finish and lovely views. Some very intriguing artwork implemented in the lobby.

The presidential suite was spacious & comfy. The view, especially from the bedroom was incredible. The location is simply enchanting.

The suite felt a bit sparse, no extra special touches to say it was the most expensive room in the hotel. No coffee in room & very limited tea selection. Breakfast was very basic.

Lovely hotel in a superb location with fabulous views over the town. We slept very comfortably in a beautiful upstairs room with a private sitting room. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection. We would gladly stay again!

We were surprised to find the hotel empty and unattended on arrival but communication was smooth and check in via safety deposit box proved easy. Otherwise we had no issues or complaints and the stay was lovely!

The location is on the hill-side and the room has a great view over the city and tourist attractions. Large room, with comfortable beds, clean bathroom with facilities. The staff was very attentive and helped us even we arrived late. You can take the breakfast in the garden with excellent view over the city.

Beautiful location, great view. Nice, big room, comfortable bed. They also serve gluten free breakfast. There is also Kitchen, nice terrace with comfortable seatings, gorgeous city and mountain view.

It was as described and expected! There is nothing to criticize. Everything was near to perfect. The breakfast was ready in the morning. You could eat different food. So everything was alright. You should give it a try.
