Really nice staff and tasty food. The hotel is located outside the city and close to the Wake Soul swimming/leisure area (just 5 minutes walk) which offers opportunity to have a swim and practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboardning, SUPping etc. If you don't mind the distance, you can also take about 30 minutes to walk to Spa Island (Kupelny ostrov) with its parks, coffee shops and spa venues, just across the river from city center. If you mind the walk, the reception offers taxi shuttle at specific times which will get you there/back. The receptionist was very helpful when providing some hints and tips for spa procedures.

It would be nice to visit the place after it undergoes reconstrunction works currently under way. Bathroom could have been nicer/newer and French balcony (on the Eastern side of the building) didn't really offer the luxury of sitting outside. The price however reflected these minor areas of improvement.

The staff was inredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were good and the garden was lovely. It's great that they offer one gratis massage per guest.

No utilities in the room not even kettle

It is missed opportunity. Not huge investment would be required to make it really nice place. For now I cannot recommend it. Very nice bar area with pool. Extremely nice staff, everyone was kind and helpful! I wish they could do their job in nicer environment.

Few things which disqualify this hotel as luxury: 1) no AC - it was extremely hot and due to mosquitos we could not really open the windows too much 2) the rooms were rusty and not spotless clean, also pretty aged. We needed to kill around 30 mosquitos before going sleep. Our room was also home for big spider (we do not mind it but someone else can). Also you can see rooms have not been renovated for many years. 3) breakfast is anywhere near 4* hotel - there is place for improvement. If those three above things would be fixed, it could really be nice place. In current state I do not recommend.

Unfortunately there is very little i liked, perhaps location, the restaurant facility and the garden, that's it.

They must have gotten the 4 stars and the Luxury label in the kinder egg! The worst 4 starts hotel i have been at, i had a better experiences in 2 or 3 stars facilities, and i am being generous! We got no AC in the room (31C in the room at evening!) i spent then night sweating! Moths flying over the bed, a small TV that had to be from the 90s, forget about Netflix of any modern streaming platform, and forget about satellite TV, none of that! 29 channels in total, 10-12 were radio channels, the rest was Slovak TV... ah, one german channel! No room minibar whatsoever, they didn't even let us find a small bottle of water, stingy at the utmost! The soap dispenser in the shower is designed to give charity soap portions, so they can change it once evert month... Let's talk about the "good" breakfast, no coffee machine, only instant coffee, 1 type of cheese, 3-4 types of ham/salami, some fried eggs and sausages, decent bread, some sweets, and the usual butter and so on, not bad but overly a very modest breakfast. In my booking i asked about the possibility of having a foam pillow, i didn't even get a reply... Stay away from this place, terrible value for money, i have no clue how they can advertise that place as Luxury!
