Nicely decored renovated room with comfortable bed and bathroom, great breakfast with variety of options, well-located (5 min walk to the lake, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby)

None of the reviews expressed that the hotel is really close to a local church which rings its bells frequently starting at 6 AM (around 7 AM they would ring for 5 minutes without stopping). I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault in any way, however it was disruptive for our sleep as we were hoping to rest and relax on this trip and not to be woken up so early in the morning on several occassions. Also, a fridge (at least a small one) would be nice to have in the room.

The room was really nice, the staff were great and helpful (had some trouble with a broken balcony door which they fixed asap), the location was great, the spa/jacuzzi was free of charge and honestly the highlight of our stay, because there was nobody in the whole spa and it was super chill/zen in there due to nicely smelling laveneder plants, warm water and relaxing music. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of different and quality food. The rooms had nice AC, everything was clean, the furniture is modern, and the best part, there was free private parking inside the hotel (under the roof and close to the elevator). Value for money is exceptional!

Amazing location to visit Lake Bled. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Spa was really nice with lots of saunas, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. Had a couples massage which was excellent and very reasonably priced. They loaded us electric scooters with no cost (just had to fill a 2 min survey). Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Large TV in the room and very modern décor. Great shower and bathroom. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and overall prices in the area very good. Bus station drop off and pickup very close. Will be returning to Lake Bled and will stay here again.

Nothing, great hotel and great location.

Very clean and streamlined room, comfy beds with enough pillows. The breakfast was delicious. A lot to choose from and high quality food. Something for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. Not a long walk to Lake Bled. We parked our car here and didn't use it again until we checked out; we were able to walk to the lake and restaurants from here. There is a small parking garage plus a few parking spots out front. From our room we could see part of the lake and the Bled Castle.

Nothing wrong. Just keep in mind the restaurant is not open for dinner (at least in Jan 2025). There are good places to eat nearby, though.

This hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, adding a personal touch to the stay. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, and the free use of the jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was lovely, and everything was clean and modern. A fabulous hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The bar had no ambience—it felt more like a dull reception room, so we ended up bringing drinks back to our room. Unfortunately, there was no kettle to make tea and no fridge, which was inconvenient. We couldn’t have dinner at the hotel.

We had an issue where 2 hornets came into the room from the balcony. I went down to reception to ask for a new room and immediately we were upgraded and given a premium room on the top floor, without charge or hesitation. We also had a late flight on the day of checkout and were able to leave our bags in the hotel the entire day. The location is also brilliant, a 5 minute walk to the lake, and a 10 minute walk from somewhere to rent a boat. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options too.

Excellent hotel, very clean, organized and very attentive staff. Excellent location, close to some restaurants and the lake, as well as one of the departure points for boats that go to the island in the middle of the lake. Excellent internet and EXTREMELY excellent and varied breakfast, with many options. Free covered parking available. Very good, so much so that, in an emergency, I came back because I was sure I had everything I needed after a tiring day of travel! The cost benefit ir very good, but must keep in mind that this is a superior hotel. Worthed for the purpose of my travel and becausa I had a 70 yo mother with me!

Lovely spacious and clean room with modern 'wet room' bathroom and good air conditioning for the hot summer! Location was fantastic for popping down to the Lake, gardens, and nearby restaurants. It was nice and quiet in the evenings too and not near the bars or bright lights of the massive hotels on the water edge. Staff were very friendly and there is a handy luggage room to store bags if you arrive early or leave late. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay and will be back!

The 'wet room' meant that the shower water flooded out into the rest of the bathroom if you didn't turn it off all the time - although i think the drain just needed some good unblocker. There are towels and bathmats to stem the water, and there was a sign that says to let the staff know about 'outpouring' but it was a bit of a pain! Otherwise perfect.

We did have a view from the balcony of the room which was very nice especially in the evening and early morning. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything tasted great. We even had an opportunity to try the famous bled cake. The person at the reception was also very accomodating and solved our parking problem. The lake is super close about 500 meters walk and Lake Bled is of course as beautiful as the pictures on the web.

Just a comment not negative in any way, there was no kettle to prepare a tea in the room.

Comfy beds, large shower. Staff was very nice and the location was great to visit the lake.

No fridge! Couldn't keep drinks for the summer visit or milk for tea. No kettle: it says tea and coffee facilities but there's only a nespresso for black coffee. Sheets were dirty when we arrived so we had to get them changed. Parking in the building is a nightmare, luckily we got there early. Balcony is exposed to sun during the day without a shade so impossible to sit outside. Was surprised at how low a quality the breakfast was, pizza for breakfast?
