The location, serenity, nature... I didn't want to leave! The fireplace had wood available and it got cool at night so was much appreciated. I love how clean and cozy things were. I had enough kitchen supplies to cook even though we decided to go out instead. I love Illy espresso which was the perfect start to my morning of hiking and adventuring. The bedroom was so peaceful, i slept very well. The mattress and bedding were so comfortable. Overall i would absolutely come back again!!!

I wish i had been told there would be construction in the morning next to the bedroom. We were tired from travel and not rising as early and the noise was inconvenient to the peace of nature. I would have liked a late checkout... 10am is early. 11am would be better.

Very beautiful chalet in the middle of the mountains and at the very shore of Bohinj lake. The location is ideal for walking and skiing (5 min to Vogel station) in winter, and for hiking and lots of other activities in warmer seasons. 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Bled lake. The chalet itself is beautifully refurbished with love and attention to every tiny detail. Everything was clean and brand new. The owner Jaka was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast delivery options is available, for the rest of the day you either cook (fully euqiped kitchen + barbecue set) or dine out (one option with short walking distance). The private sauna and fireplace add to the beautiful atmosphere of the chalet.

The place is high quality with great amenities in a great, relaxing location. Staff were very helpful as well. The local cheese on arrival was a nice touch, too.

A slight rub is the coffee, in my opinion. For the price you pay for a night, include the coffee. They ask for a donation, with a nice story behind it, but if they care so much about their town, they should be the ones contributing to their "story". In the end, it isn't a donation, and they charge you for it anyways. Aside from this, though, the place is great and highly recommended.

This place is so nice ! Everything is clean and new inside , it’s 5-10 min walk from the lake , jacka the host is very kind and helpful, and so is the housekeeper ! Location is also really cute , we really loved staying there, and would do it again with no hesitation ! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful chalet. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled amidst towering mountains and with a beautiful river flowing nearby. It was the perfect setting for a serene and relaxing getaway. Inside, the apartment was equipped with everything one could possibly need. What stood out the most was the impeccable cleanliness of the place; it was spotless and very well-maintained. Overall, this apartment provided a wonderful and comfortable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

No cleaning service during 7 day stay. Mosquito nets on the windows would be very useful. On hot days you may feel the lack of air conditioning.

Very cozy wooden chalet style houses with a lot attention to details and wirh very nice interior accents. I liked furniture style a lot! Check in and check out were easy enough. Place is very quiet and remote, although occasional hiker passes by. Cool dining area just outside of main door on terrace, where you can have you meal and enjoy views and fresh air. Would come back again.

The only inconvenience for us was lack of pillow options. The ones available there were very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. In fact we only slept erraticaly over 3 nights spent there because of that. Suggestion to owners to get different size and material pillows stocked as all people are different in their sleeping routine.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL chalet. We were lucky to get A1, with a separate bedroom upstairs. Amazing view of the mountain, super comfortable bed and couch. Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Great little coffee machine. Well located for vogel ski resort (walkable, about 800m) and very near hiking trails. Cannot speak highly enough of friendliness and communication of the host. Extremely good value for money. Perfect for a family, or honeymoon destination. The Valley is unbelievably beautiful, and Aplik is so perfectly located for a getaway. We would love to return in the summer. 11/10

Location with a million dollar view. The cottage like chalet is warm like home. Host is friendly & helpful.

I would have given a 10 score had it not been the construction around the chalet that actually destroys the view. It’s not noisy though. The good thing that this is only temporary. There is 1 flight of stairs at the outside (entrance to the room). I didn’t choose the duplex as the bathroom is downstairs and room is upstairs (which is inconvenient for my already hurting knee) even though the host offered me the duplex with no construction obstructing the view. It’s kind of him though.

Charming wooden houses and very comfortable newer apartments. They are tastefully and aesthetically decorated, with all the comforts and facilities that are more than standard. The style of furnishing, in which the local wood plays a leading role, together with all the other highly imaginative touches, honors the local cultural heritage and pays homage to the local traditions, both in the use of materials and the choice of textile patterns, as well as in the recommendation of cuisine and places to eat. Almost small village with its own story, yet faithful to the unified local tourism brand of 'The Land of the Golden Horn'. We did not use the ski and equipment room due to weather conditions.

The staircase to the upper apartments is steep and the entrance is exposed to the weather.

A unique location in the upper Sava Bohinjka valley, above the Bohinj lake, is a privilege to visit. The property emulates the traditional Alpine style without any excess. It is comfortable, clean and pretty. I liked the linen, the well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, the excellent coffee, and, above all, the monumental silence

While there are very pretty details and the overall appearance is ok, there are stylish mismatches starting from the spotty woodwork where the textures and the colors just scream at each other, and electrical an outlets gHt are misplaced and whose styling is all over the place , lights that are just awkward in warmth and color that clash, and awkward stairs that could have been done with much more care and style.
