View, hotel facalities, comfortable rooms, great location

On one evening, I was disturbed by loud shouting outside the hotel that continued for several hours. Despite the noise, there was no intervention from the hotel staff to address the disturbance, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, on another night, the fire alarm went off without any immediate response from the hotel staff to inform guests about the situation or provide instructions on what to do. The alarm was eventually turned off without any explanation or guidance, leaving guests in a state of uncertainty. Finally, during my last breakfast, the noise and disruption from renovations in a nearby room made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

The hotel was lovely with its alpine lodge feel from the outside. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is prefect for winter activities as it’s right next to the ski lift! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a modern feel and we enjoyed our stay here with excellent views down over the town. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel was great too!

There was not a kettle,coffee maker or fridge in the room, which most hotels have as standard. There was a space for a fridge but was not one there. Breakfast was not the best, but it may be better in season when there are more people staying.

A good location near the center and the ski slopes as well. The hotel offers great views. A tasty, versatile breakfast buffet.

The rooms are quite old fashioned and would deserve a bit of "refreshing".

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at this hotel. Certainly not the last. Because of this hotel, the kindness of the staff and the nature in the area, I keep coming back. This is definitely the best example of how to keep a guest. Although check-in, like in most of hotels is from 15h, I arrived around 12:30. I only emphasized that I would like to get a room if possible between 14:00 and 14:30 as I have a meeting. Otherwise, if they can provide a place with privacy. After 5 minutes I returned to the reception, the room was ready. Maybe they had extra rooms, maybe it was ready. It doesn't matter. What matters is the approach and the way of communication. The food, a perfect choice as always for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is well situated, at the border of the town, with nice views on the mountains. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and quiet. The hotel is perfectly located for starting trips in the Slovenian Alps and Triglav national park. I visited the hotel in summer, so I cannot assess how it would be in winter time. The hotel offers lots of additional services but I did not use them during my stay.

The hotel is large and the breakfast offer was good but a bit chaotic due to the large number of people sitting on rows of tables. The hotel is a bit overpriced, as are most hotels in Kranjska Gora

Extraordinary breakfast, cleanliness and location. A great place for a trip to Kranjska gora. In winter this is a ski in hotel, so very convinient.

The location was great in Kranska Gora. It had a nice view and was a short walk away from Lake Jasna. Having included parking was appreciated, though I can see how in the busier months that parking would easily fill up. We went out in the evening and had to park in one of the street spots still belonging to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful with many options for hot or cold meals (although we arrived right when it opened). The food wasn't amazing, but it was still good and nice to have it included. There was an option to get a supper buffet, which we didn't do. The room was spacious and had its own bathroom.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. There was no fan or air conditioning in the room, although we didn't find it too hot overnight in July.

The location was perfect. Everything is a short walk away, and the natural beauty surrounding the hotel is simply incredible. The hotel isn't fancy, but is very comfortable, with a great breakfast, friendly staff, functional gym, indoor and outdoor relaxation and game areas--everything we wanted.

As a teenage vegan, our daughter would have enjoyed some additional breakfast options, but there were a number of plant milks, oats, nuts, and seeds for plant-based people willing to eat that every day.

Nice sized room, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Fun games room with some free games and some games you need to pay for (i.e table tennis free, but pinball or other arcade games need to pay to use). Great breakfast included - lots of variety. Good location close to the main area of town.

Surprised that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also, they had a fridge/cooler box but they have a sign saying it's not useable as a cooler and would need to ask reception if wanted anything special kept cool - this was disappointing for us as we had a few bits of food for hiking that we would ideally cool just in our room.

Modern part of the hotel is nice, in other parts it can be older, but clean. Nice, clean and modern room. Free parking near to the hotel. I would likte to say thank you for barman, he was very kind and helpful. Good price and very near to the city center and good position for trips.

Breakfast was not so good... Poor choice of the vegetable and fruits. Very often empty tables and you have to wait for new food. So horrible coffee.
